so not a while back i replaced my motherboard on my ender 3 because something happened to the old one and it fried the motherboard. So since then i got a blue screen on the screen and it wont show anything on it. If i press anything it just beeps but doesnt really show anything on it. I've searched for many tutorials and tried all of them but none of them seemed to work and the result stays the same. A solution for this would be really appreciated.
So I think I posted a firmware download in the description. What you need to do is download that firmware, put it in the root of the sd card (not in a folder) and make sure nothing else is the sd card (maybe reformat before putting in the firmware) Put the newly formatted sd card with its firmware back into the printer and wait a good 10 minutes. This is how I fixed my blue screen of death. Sorry if this didn’t work, if it didn’t there might be a worse problem with the motherboard, but make sure everything is connected properly and all the other generic advice. (Make sure your ender 3 is not only ender 3 and not v2/v3/pro anything, the firmware I have to download is for only the ender 3 and you can find different firmwares on the ender 3 website, just do a little guess and checking. Hope this helps!!
omfg i got blue screen in 2022 and havent been able to fix it until now, nobody else had a working solution (and believe me i tried). you are a literal frucking livesaver, omg i cannot express how grateful i am for this bro. absolutely fruckin earned a sub. the only issue is my screen glitches a bit, a lot of it is displaced or offset in little pixel lines. tysm.

Ok so when I do exactly as you show nothing happens when I turn on the printer. The screen remains blue. Do I have to format the SD card in a special way or something? How do I tell the motherboard to load the firmware from the SD card?
Ender 3s automatically boot from that file so it’s easier in production. I’m not sure why yours isn’t working, but reformatting the card to fat32 could help if you haven’t already done that. Otherwise try all of the other help online like Unplugging and plugging in the display cable

I've had the blue screen for some months now after attempting to install a bl touch. If this works Man. HOLY SHIT!!
Hope it worked! For bl touch it might need a different firmware you can get from the creality website. It specifically says bl touch in the file name

I have a ender 3 v2 but my printer when i turn it on i get a blue screen but no creality logo
The v2 needs a different firmware. I’d look on their website for a different file.
