Adum TV could have gone further to have a headline that highlights the process and Otumfuo Osei Tutu II's knowledge of customs, law, precedents and knowledge system utilization. The trial clearly highlights a trend in the judiciary duties of Otumfuo where times tested Asante systems are upheld. We should be proud of such feat. Again, thanks for sharing.
Dr.KK Sarpong will never be an omanhene,he took Asante Kotoko SC to court after he left the club, Asantehene will never give the Offinso kingship to him after such disrespect.

Kwabena,the Kotoko case had nothing to do with Manhyia or even the club per say. Dr.Sarpong said certain people were hiding behind the club to abrogate signed agreements and contracts so he sought legal redress. Yes he could have chosen to settle it in-house but he said that would have defeated the purpose of exposing those using the club. Anyway, Kotoko issues are very different from stool affairs and Dr. Sarpong will be the first to tell you that. You must also be mindful that ALL royal Chiefs and Paramount Chiefs serve at the pleasure of the Asantehene who can even remove the stool completely from any family at will. We are not owed explanations for his decisions regarding stools and royal affairs. I know of at least one Omanhene's stool which has been vacant for many decades with the Asantehene and his predecessor Otumfour Opoku Ware both declining to enstool anyone.This is because one of their Omanhene was destooled and the family has failed to perform the proper rituals/rites to cleanse the stool.

It has nothing to do with Kotoko issue, he’s simply not of Offinso royal bloodline thus not qualified to be omanhene. He’s trying to buy the stool.
