There can be a situation the people in the family are 50 and there are one million people live in the town . The family has the authority to present one person to The Asantehene as their paramount chief . The people living in the town have no authority to oppose it . The Asantehene does not impose somebody as the paramount chief but will give them option to bring another person to be sworn in . Asantehene is fair and just .

@@nanajoe2535 Asante chieftaincy issues cannot be dealt with at the Supreme Court. Asantehene is the last option. That's why the issue should be settled at home, even before it reaches there. This is not an issue between Otumfuo and K K Sarpong or Offinsohemaa. This is an issue between the two sides of the Offinso Royal family, Ahyiaem vrs Akonkodiase. It's only one side who believe they should ascend the throne just because they are rich and the Otumfuo is not buying that.
