So let’s look at it another way. KK Sarpong was able to trace his bloodline back to an ancestor who is said to have been barren. This barren woman lived over 200 years ago.
My question is, if that was the case what about the ancestors who came between KK Sarpong and the barren woman? Were they royals or not? I am tempted to think the barren woman raised some of the children or grandchildren of her siblings, which constructively constituted a custom adoption or motherhood for her, hence, her being traced by the descendants who came down that line as their ancestor.
Something is not being looked at properly. KK Sarpong may still be a royal but misclassified or categorized. A proper DNA test must be done to settle for once and for all his bloodline. There are several examples of sisters raising the children of their siblings who died at childbirth or very young and customarily adopting those children as their own. KK Sarpong must go for a modern DNA test to establish his bloodline.

If the basis of KK Sarpong’s rejection by the Asantehene is a curse, my question is, what stops the Elders in his lineage from going back to do the traditionally needful ritual to reverse the curse before coming forward? At least if that is done, it shall open the way for future descendants of that lineage even if KK Sarpong himself does not ascend the throne? Go back, do the right thing, before coming forward. KK Sarpong must go back to purge himself of the ancestral familial curse, before moving forward. This too is too difficult to do, or he is saying his lineage never incurred a curse, hence, would not submit himself to that ritual cleansing? His Ego is about to turn to Ugo.
