Best part about this property is by far, not even close, the whole bunker (that gun range is… wow!) thats what makes this stand out. Good investment, really made this property unique, and main reason why I’d buy it if I could afford. Other good things, Arizona is beautiful, that view of the mountain is amazing, good weather. That pool and backyard layout is awesome, really liked it. Smart design, really practical backyard and everything about it. Also top masculine interior design, my taste. The high-Walled dog space with grass and a dog wash, love it. Nice kitchen also. Poker room, the game room etc, usefull. The basketball court aswell, real cool. Lastly, love all the hidden rooms with different purpose. The viewing room real cozy hideout, best room outside the bunker however was the speak-easy. Beautiful!
I'm a native of the Sonoran desert, for most of the year it's brutally hot. Unfortunately it's getting hotter and drier which isn't good in a hot dry desert.

This is 100% me. I am super picky and I completely understand the amount of day to day maintenance that has to go into it to keep it looking pristine. You better have a good staff. ❤❤❤
Great job, Gavern. I love watching you dunk and shoot that ball. You have played a time or 2. Great stroke and form. Thanks for the tour on a beautiful home.
I find it more hilarious that it couldn't be opened correctly because of the rug. The cabinets across the aisle were fine (raised a couple inches to not have that problem). Makes that area look unplanned, as the cabinets don't truly match and the furnishings are actually impairing function.
Beautiful home, but the location and lack of acreage, doesn’t justify $42 million . The most expensive home ever sold in AZ was $28 million and it was located in The upper canyons of the gated Silverleaf community.
Most surrounding properties with similar lot size are in the 4-10 millions range(and most of them look prettier than this one), no way this property is going to be sold at anywhere near the asking price. The developer bought a piece of land fit for an 8 million dollar house and thought he could make a mega mansion by simply cramming square footages in it?

Amazing design. contemporary, high end materials, but keeps a warmth due to the light woods and fabrics. That bunker is beyond insane. As a developer who does golf course homes in the $2mil range, I haven't done anything near this scale, but the style and feel is the exact type of experience I try to create for anybody doing a walk through. One OCD thing I can't ignore is calling the cabinet hardware "Textured". While that is true, the official term is "Knurled". great walkthrough with explanation, high end experience.

A giant home of this dimension and no properly sized great or living room, no designated dining room and you have to squeeze all guests into one room with 3 beds that sleep 6 people? Who thought of that???
"Squirrels riding raccoons, stealing your peanut butter and whiskey" made me laugh out loud. The bunker is definitely the prime attraction of this property for me.
1. The house looks extremely masculine with the materials and colors the chose. Even the kids wing looks very masculine. As a bachelor I love the look but it's going to be a tough sale since this is a family home and it's going to be hard to convince the wife. 2. The house needs a movie theater, proper dining room and proper living room. 3. They could have at least put a bigger TV in the small screening room. 4. Flag property is not a plus because you are surrounded by neighbors on all sides. 5. Why are all of the TV's, even in the game room so small. 6. The kids wing should have really been a guest house and that's going to hurt the homes value. 7. Having an underground gun range is just amazing.

Just a tip: they’re not steel “beams” in the kitchen. They’re called tension cables and prevent the timber A-frame from pulling apart under the weight of the roof.
The nice 👍, the nicest house I have done in the valley was in the late nineties, it’s near the McDowell mountains and not in a development, the owner had to build his own road and put fire hydrants in, they also bought all the land behind it up to the mountain preserve, it has a care takers house on it a guest house and a main house on it with two helicopter landing pads a underground garage, a theater in it and was built out of stone masonry. I actually love this house…a lot to appreciate…it reminds me of one of my designs (not pro just hobbie) wish there was more natural grass and more view….the trump picture in the bunker 🤢 but to each his own…Garven is awesome, as usual.
In those few comments up here right now, it's already clear that not everyone knows how to appreciate quality. Amazing house at an amazing scale. Am I seeing clearly that some of those rooms have white oak on both the floor as the ceiling?
I'm hearing that most care about how much space they're needs to be for that price when there is so much stuff you have all without walking a 1/2 a mile across your home to get to it.
The young man showing the home did a very good job. I usually do not like these huge expensive houses, but this one is beautiful, well thought out, and very livable for a large family and for entertaining. However, I would not want to be in charge of keeping this property maintained. The yearly cost must be at least a little north of a million dollars a year!
Cant believe this home does not have a simple pot filler above the kitchen stoves... what? a wife requirement for homes a quarter of this price. That is an insane price even in PV.
Six bedrooms for $42 million? $7 million per bedroom is nuts. For a property of this scale and price, I’d expect there to be a lot more than six bedrooms.
I actually like the idea of less bedrooms for a house this size. More room for activities (insane bunker lounge, shooting range, indoor basketball court, game rooms, huge gym, etc etc). After hosting a gathering, having "just" 6 bedrooms is a good excuse to tell people they can't crash at the house.

Otherwise it’s just an area of the house you will rarely visit since you have to walk 1/2 - mile to and from it.
This house tour is amazing! But I’d definitely recommend anyone thinking about buying a property like this to work with a financial advisor. A huge investment like real estate can impact your finances for years. I’ve worked with Stephanie Janis Stiefel, and she’s been a game-changer for me. Stephanie’s not only helped me with budgeting but also with knowing when and where to buy. For anyone serious about real estate, I’d highly recommend looking her up!
Totally agree with you. It’s easy to get swept up in house tours and the idea of owning a beautiful home, but financial planning is key. I’ve been working with Stephanie for a few years, and she’s helped me make much smarter decisions. She’s amazing at helping you think long-term about your finances, especially when it comes to real estate
Thanks for the recommendation. I was actually considering buying my first property and have been nervous about making the right choice. I’ll definitely look up Stephanie Janis Stiefel. It sounds like she’s exactly what I need, someone who understands real estate from the financial perspective
I can vouch for Stephanie! She’s been my financial advisor for about three years, and honestly, I don’t think I’d be in the position I’m in now without her. She helped me decide on my first investment property, and she didn’t just look at my immediate budget, she made sure I could handle it long-term. Definitely worth checking her out
Stephanie Janis Stiefel changed my whole perspective on home buying. I was so close to buying a house that would have been a financial strain, but she made me really look at my income, future expenses, and even my lifestyle. It’s so easy to fall in love with a house, but having someone like Stephanie there to make sure it’s a sustainable choice is a life-saver
Wow, looks like Stephanie has quite the following here! Just looked her up and noticed her reviews are incredible. Booked a session to see if she can help me with my first property investment, she seems like someone who truly knows the market.
Gorgeous home and crazy fournitures, it's for a 4, or 5 kids familly, to enjoy it, i would spend my days xithout going out, tol bad other houses are so close...good job man. Frédéric from Paris France...
Even if you had a large Mormon family, the size is not necessary. How many chairs can you sit in in a day especially if you’re working to pay for it all? Sad thing is everyone gets older and family and friends dwindle through the years, you’re not going to want to walk 3 miles from the front door to the love nest lol A boutique resort would do well with this listing but it’s just not practical for every day life IMO I really think smaller homes with bigger outdoor space is the wave of the future. People forget we are arboreal creatures, where are the trees? 🌴 😢❤
Just so you know its pronounced Mee-La (rhymes with Sheila) not Mee-lay for the Miele appliances. I know this as fact as a high end appliance rep told me this years ago. Very surprising the butler's prep area has no appliances. Usually homes in this pricing bracket have a butler's full kitchen and the other one is more of a show kitchen (although functional of course). The man cave area was super cool. Nice to know you have a chance if the zombie apocolypse occurs. Great man cave and game area too. All that astro turf outside the pool and no putting green?!
I’m watching this tour on November 5th, that bunker is going to come in handy. Which ever way the election goes, the other side is going to loose their minds!

Thanks for watching Frédéric!
@Gavren and i'm watching, from Paris France....where WE don't have those houses..... waiting for thé next vidéo...
You could do a shot game with every time he says mix use of material.
Even if you had a large Mormon family, the size is not necessary. How many chairs can you sit in in a day especially if you’re working to pay for it all? Sad thing is everyone gets older and family and friends dwindle through the years, you’re not going to want to walk 3 miles from the front door to the love nest lol
A boutique resort would do well with this listing but it’s just not practical for every day life IMO
I really think smaller homes with bigger outdoor space is the wave of the future. People forget we are arboreal creatures, where are the trees? 🌴 😢❤
This house is nice, but I was strangely distracted by this boys ankle grazer trousers! Is this a new trend for youngsters?
They spent years building this home just to sell it 2 years later. Nuts!
Its the Trump pics in the bunker.....telling very telling
Looks like a Mexican resort.
My educated guess; Those "Music rooms" hidden in the kids' closets are fortified panic rooms. Come on, they have a dedicated underground bunker.
Wonderful home....the fact that youll be paying $180,000 a year in taxes 😐 for the rest of you life (living in this home) is the deal killer.
The listing says $28,000 a year 🤷♂️
Yeah closer to 25-30. Arizona isn’t too bad.
How long did it take to build this home?
I believe 3 years
Just so you know its pronounced Mee-La (rhymes with Sheila) not Mee-lay for the Miele appliances.
Great idea adding a putting green in the back
Now this is an impressive home...but it needs a minimum of 40 acres of space to fully justify the price
Nice job on a neat house. The appliances are pronounced “Mee-la.”
20:20 the bunker is insane. I have never seen anything like this in a home
I could live a complete daily life in JUST the bunker.
Haha same
There’s a house on Zillow showing $50M asking price brand new on Starlight way 18k Sq Ft which certainly tops this asking price.
It isn’t built
tremendous
Facts
I’m watching this tour on November 5th, that bunker is going to come in handy. Which ever way the election goes, the other side is going to loose their minds!
The bunker 👌
How did that theory pan out for you?
