*I'm favoured only God knows how much I praise Him,* $230k every 4weeks! I now have a big mansion and can now afford anything and also support God's work and the church.
Only God knows how much grateful i am. After so much struggles I now own a new house and my family is happy once again everything is finally falling into place!!
I started pretty low, though, $5000 thereabouts. The return came massive. Joey is in school doing well, telling me of new friends he's meeting in school. Thank you Evelyn Vera, you're a miracle.
Wow...I know her too she is a licensed broker and a FINRA agent she is popular in US and Canada she is really amazing woman with good skills and experience.
This is 100% me. I am super picky and I completely understand the amount of day to day maintenance that has to go into it to keep it looking pristine. You better have a good staff. ❤❤❤
Beautiful home, but the location and lack of acreage, doesn’t justify $42 million . The most expensive home ever sold in AZ was $28 million and it was located in The upper canyons of the gated Silverleaf community.
Most surrounding properties with similar lot size are in the 4-10 millions range(and most of them look prettier than this one), no way this property is going to be sold at anywhere near the asking price. The developer bought a piece of land fit for an 8 million dollar house and thought he could make a mega mansion by simply cramming square footages in it?
Best part about this property is by far, not even close, the whole bunker (that gun range is… wow!) thats what makes this stand out. Good investment, really made this property unique, and main reason why I’d buy it if I could afford. Other good things, Arizona is beautiful, that view of the mountain is amazing, good weather. That pool and backyard layout is awesome, really liked it. Smart design, really practical backyard and everything about it. Also top masculine interior design, my taste. The high-Walled dog space with grass and a dog wash, love it. Nice kitchen also. Poker room, the game room etc, usefull. The basketball court aswell, real cool. Lastly, love all the hidden rooms with different purpose. The viewing room real cozy hideout, best room outside the bunker however was the speak-easy. Beautiful!
This home is the most beautiful home I've seen here on TH-cam. This is a dream home. I love the lay out and everything about it. Thanks for showing this home. I loved and enjoyed watching this video. You did a wonderful job, and pointed out the important things in this home that you normally don't see or could go unnoticed. ❤
A giant home of this dimension and no properly sized great or living room, no designated dining room and you have to squeeze all guests into one room with 3 beds that sleep 6 people? Who thought of that???
Great job, Gavern. I love watching you dunk and shoot that ball. You have played a time or 2. Great stroke and form. Thanks for the tour on a beautiful home.
Three reasons why this price is absurd #1. The house is surrounded by other houses on all four sides with a sliver of a driveway that enters the main courtyard. #2. Casa Blanca is not and I repeat, IS NOT a street worthy of 40 mill price tag! #3. Who wants to live in a beautiful home, nobody will ever see?! This house is beautiful absolutely gorgeous now had it been on acres on camelback maybe but not on Casa blanca, NO
You're talking nonsense. Casa Blanca is absolutely worthy of the best prices in AZ. Alongside Exeter( better views) , Hummingbird, Stallion, Ironwood and parts of Invergordon is the most beautiful street in PV
1. The house looks extremely masculine with the materials and colors the chose. Even the kids wing looks very masculine. As a bachelor I love the look but it's going to be a tough sale since this is a family home and it's going to be hard to convince the wife. 2. The house needs a movie theater, proper dining room and proper living room. 3. They could have at least put a bigger TV in the small screening room. 4. Flag property is not a plus because you are surrounded by neighbors on all sides. 5. Why are all of the TV's, even in the game room so small. 6. The kids wing should have really been a guest house and that's going to hurt the homes value. 7. Having an underground gun range is just amazing.
The nice 👍, the nicest house I have done in the valley was in the late nineties, it’s near the McDowell mountains and not in a development, the owner had to build his own road and put fire hydrants in, they also bought all the land behind it up to the mountain preserve, it has a care takers house on it a guest house and a main house on it with two helicopter landing pads a underground garage, a theater in it and was built out of stone masonry. I heard between the land and the houses it was around 80 million bucks.
In those few comments up here right now, it's already clear that not everyone knows how to appreciate quality. Amazing house at an amazing scale. Am I seeing clearly that some of those rooms have white oak on both the floor as the ceiling?
I'm hearing that most care about how much space they're needs to be for that price when there is so much stuff you have all without walking a 1/2 a mile across your home to get to it.
The young man showing the home did a very good job. I usually do not like these huge expensive houses, but this one is beautiful, well thought out, and very livable for a large family and for entertaining. However, I would not want to be in charge of keeping this property maintained. The yearly cost must be at least a little north of a million dollars a year!
"Squirrels riding raccoons, stealing your peanut butter and whiskey" made me laugh out loud. The bunker is definitely the prime attraction of this property for me.
Am I the only one who heard him say if you wanted to shoot long range in the indoor shooting range the targets can be moved 66FEET away? That's still handgun range. At 66 feet the a 556 rifle round is still climbing upwards. Hell all of my AR rifles are zeroed to 200 yards..those that know 50yards and 200yards intersect the 556 travel path for the most part. Twist, barrel length at load may change it a little bit.
Six bedrooms for $42 million? $7 million per bedroom is nuts. For a property of this scale and price, I’d expect there to be a lot more than six bedrooms.
Just so you know its pronounced Mee-La (rhymes with Sheila) not Mee-lay for the Miele appliances. I know this as fact as a high end appliance rep told me this years ago. Very surprising the butler's prep area has no appliances. Usually homes in this pricing bracket have a butler's full kitchen and the other one is more of a show kitchen (although functional of course). The man cave area was super cool. Nice to know you have a chance if the zombie apocolypse occurs. Great man cave and game area too. All that astro turf outside the pool and no putting green?!
This house tour is amazing! But I’d definitely recommend anyone thinking about buying a property like this to work with a financial advisor. A huge investment like real estate can impact your finances for years. I’ve worked with Stephanie Janis Stiefel, and she’s been a game-changer for me. Stephanie’s not only helped me with budgeting but also with knowing when and where to buy. For anyone serious about real estate, I’d highly recommend looking her up!
Totally agree with you. It’s easy to get swept up in house tours and the idea of owning a beautiful home, but financial planning is key. I’ve been working with Stephanie for a few years, and she’s helped me make much smarter decisions. She’s amazing at helping you think long-term about your finances, especially when it comes to real estate
Thanks for the recommendation. I was actually considering buying my first property and have been nervous about making the right choice. I’ll definitely look up Stephanie Janis Stiefel. It sounds like she’s exactly what I need, someone who understands real estate from the financial perspective
I can vouch for Stephanie! She’s been my financial advisor for about three years, and honestly, I don’t think I’d be in the position I’m in now without her. She helped me decide on my first investment property, and she didn’t just look at my immediate budget, she made sure I could handle it long-term. Definitely worth checking her out
Stephanie Janis Stiefel changed my whole perspective on home buying. I was so close to buying a house that would have been a financial strain, but she made me really look at my income, future expenses, and even my lifestyle. It’s so easy to fall in love with a house, but having someone like Stephanie there to make sure it’s a sustainable choice is a life-saver
Wow, looks like Stephanie has quite the following here! Just looked her up and noticed her reviews are incredible. Booked a session to see if she can help me with my first property investment, she seems like someone who truly knows the market.
There’s nothing beautiful, graceful or elegant about any of this. Lacks coziness or any charm. It’s conspicuous consumption at its worst. Just proves that no amount of money can buy class.
If you have a family of 4 why would you want a bunch of bedrooms? Exactly who is going to occupy all of the extra bedrooms? I don't understand the obsession with having a bunch of bedrooms. I would rather have a theater which this house is missing.
I would purchase this home to live in and then purchase all the surrounding homes around the flag staff lot for my kids and their mothers to live in and I’d turn my main house into a clubhouse for a society I would create from scratch.
Gorgeous home and crazy fournitures, it's for a 4, or 5 kids familly, to enjoy it, i would spend my days xithout going out, tol bad other houses are so close...good job man. Frédéric from Paris France...
This home has a very limited demographic of a buyer…. I don’t “ get it” but thanks for sharing.. I’m sure it took a lot of work to plan the video….. Cheers,
I’m watching this tour on November 5th, that bunker is going to come in handy. Which ever way the election goes, the other side is going to loose their minds!
Some Russian ganster will love it! A shooting range and wing that ensures he never has to see the kids = plus/plus! If I pay that much, I want some land to show for it, and not just a huge multi room warehouse. Much better lots just up the hill.
There is not dedicated place for housing staff, the home was custom built for the current owners needs and wants which did not include this feature although they definitely entertain a lot!
They have no intention on really selling it, unless someone actually offers the full asking. I think they are just feeling the market and seeing if they get lucky. It’s kind of like playing $100 dollar slots, you don’t actually plan on winning. You just want to look good doing it cause you know people can’t help but stare at a bloke just bumping a couple hundred per spin..
All I would need is the garage, pool and bunker. The rest pf the house would just be there to confuse and distract potential thieves/threats from the actual treasures.
23,417 square feet is crazy big, but $42 million is insane. It looks more like $15 million, even for Paradise Valley
15 million for that is a crazy thing to say
$42M seems like a lot for Paradise Valley. I could see $20M. Either way, beautiful home!
Yea, $42 million is way too high, comes out to about $1800 a sqft. Very nice home though.
*I'm favoured only God knows how much I praise Him,* $230k every 4weeks! I now have a big mansion and can now afford anything and also support God's work and the church.

His house is amazing! From the secret doors to the private wing, the indoor court to the shooting range. Incredible
Loved this one too

This house didn’t even cost $5 million dollars to build yet the sellers somehow think they deserve $42.5M for it lol
Wrong. $32mm in September for a 15.5k ft PV mansion on 5 acres. Many commenters out of touch with the current sold comps.
My realtor just sold a house for 32

The builder who’s going to take a massive bath on it.
Great job, Gavern. I love watching you dunk and shoot that ball. You have played a time or 2. Great stroke and form. Thanks for the tour on a beautiful home.
I love how this home feels homie instead of looking like a office building
The interior designers did a great job doing that
20:20 the bunker is insane. I have never seen anything like this in a home
Great home, cool tour and well edited scenes. Thank you for the post. Good work.
Glad you enjoyed it

@adrianpocea2287 beautiful or not… the fact still remains
Everything I said was absolutely valid. The numbers don’t lie.
That house stands out so much from Camelback mountain. The only issue is everyone from the mountain can see the backyard super clearly
Right considering the amount of guns this guy has in the bunker I'm assuming someones looking for him. Possibly for revenge.
1. The house looks extremely masculine with the materials and colors the chose. Even the kids wing looks very masculine. As a bachelor I love the look but it's going to be a tough sale since this is a family home and it's going to be hard to convince the wife.

Not every house is going to have a feminine touch. The TVs are just staged. Whoever moves into the house is probably going to buy a bigger TV.
Love all the decor and different textures and secrets hideouts😂 beautiful home❤❤❤
Glad you liked it!
WOW. This is an incredible home. WOW!!!
Seriously is, thanks for checking it out
Thank you for your hard work on the tour. I truly appreciate it.
Thanks for watching!
11:38 that didn’t seem very “commercial grade” on that door rattling and bending 😂
Just a tip: the brand of the appliances is pronounced MEELA
Actually not. It's Italian, so ir pronounced MEE-EH-LEH. And means " honey"
I have indoor pickles too. In my fridge to be exact
Amazing channel, just discovered it! 😊
OMG when is the next one! Can’t wait to hear how this battle ends. 🔥
Love your videos, wish I could have access to such houses, Great work you're doing

Another great video Gav and the intro went crazy!!

Good eye! They have textures, textiles and woods on almost every surface
I'm hearing that most care about how much space they're needs to be for that price when there is so much stuff you have all without walking a 1/2 a mile across your home to get to it.
Very beautiful but overpriced
How flimsy did the mudroom closet door look when you tried opening it 😂 you would think a house this expensive would have better quality doors
Flop, flop, flop. LAMO
16:42 the official Talk Tuah shower 🚿
❤love lots of great features and style and design and colors it's a beautiful place
Agreed! Beautiful home
That 231 yard shot got you a "like" from me... not a bad pull in that suit.
These intos are going crazy
@sagesmedia
This would be the place to see a private showing of Ms. Angelina Jordan's new Jazzy song "Bad Valentine" Piano Diaries OMG.!!! Yes!
$42 MILLION 😂. NO ACRES. Beautiful home, but that price😮. Good luck❤
Worth 15 on a good day
@@DaBoosterthe furniture and decorations in this house were 4 mill alone 😭 the land is 10 mill alone too nice try on a good day
The Shed really giving off Diddy party vibes

Haha, that’s where I’d be for sure
If i had a 40 plus million dollar house i don't even want to know i have neighbors let alone be able to see them from anywhere on the property
Great layout.
Agreed, worked well
Cool vid 🔥
Thanks for watching!
This house is absolutely amazing!
Seriously is!
Beautiful house. 👍🏽
It really is!
Amazing space. Would need to install solar panels on every inch of that roof to pay for that electric bill and charge the vehicles.
Impressive!
Thanks for checking it out!

How many 200 yd indoor ranges have you seen? Or even 50 yards? To be able to test your rifles and handguns under your home is nice nonetheless.
Please do some episodes in Michigan.
This is the most masculine luxury home I've ever seen, laterally almost everything a guy could ever want in one place. It's so beautiful!1❤🥲🥲😭
Beautiful home. My style
Mine too!
Six bedrooms for $42 million? $7 million per bedroom is nuts. For a property of this scale and price, I’d expect there to be a lot more than six bedrooms.
There’s a house on Zillow showing $50M asking price brand new on Starlight way 18k Sq Ft which certainly tops this asking price.
It isn’t built
They are literally five minutes away from me. What the heck.

Great idea adding a putting green in the back
No hangar, no runway, no way I’d pay that amount for that house
11:37 ... Oops. Minor oversight! Looks like a very flimsy door.
Yeah that shelf bench needs to be recessed back by a few inches so that the door can actually open lol
Wonderful home....the fact that youll be paying $180,000 a year in taxes 😐 for the rest of you life (living in this home) is the deal killer.
The listing says $28,000 a year 🤷♂️
Yeah closer to 25-30. Arizona isn’t too bad.
3:43 oh yeah, it feels like a home??? What Home has a door like that!!!😂 a chore just to open it

Nice job on a neat house. The appliances are pronounced “Mee-la.”
The house in silverleaf with an indoor hockey rink was only 23m....
Haven’t seen this one 😳
Now this is an impressive home...but it needs a minimum of 40 acres of space to fully justify the price
My educated guess; Those "Music rooms" hidden in the kids' closets are fortified panic rooms. Come on, they have a dedicated underground bunker.
I'll never understand how $10,20,30,40+million and single digit bedrooms are ever in the same sentence. All that square footage and 6 bedrooms?
Maybe they don’t want guests lol
😂 so true
It's custom built exactly how they wanted it. What part if that don't you understand? Who the hell wants a bunch of guests staying at their house?
If you have a family of 4 why would you want a bunch of bedrooms? Exactly who is going to occupy all of the extra bedrooms? I don't understand the obsession with having a bunch of bedrooms. I would rather have a theater which this house is missing.
@Frank_Dietrich SMFH 6 bedrooms 1 bedroom for mom and dad 5 kids thats already 7 people....
I would purchase this home to live in and then purchase all the surrounding homes around the flag staff lot for my kids and their mothers to live in and I’d turn my main house into a clubhouse for a society I would create from scratch.
How long did it take to build this home?
I believe 3 years
Nice home I would take it if I could afford it
Same here haha
This house is nice, but I was strangely distracted by this boys ankle grazer trousers! Is this a new trend for youngsters?
Gorgeous home and crazy fournitures, it's for a 4, or 5 kids familly, to enjoy it, i would spend my days xithout going out, tol bad other houses are so close...good job man. Frédéric from Paris France...
Thanks for watching Frédéric!
@Gavren and i'm watching, from Paris France....where WE don't have those houses..... waiting for thé next vidéo...
Symbols on symbols. Art, checkerboard, butterfly
22:28 It should be the picture of the Secret Service sniper above or at least nearby, not the "target's"
The house in Gilbert for $20mil was much nicer and more functional
Love that home too!
im not gone lie you dunking surprised me lol is that 10ft?
All day
tremendous
Facts
This home has a very limited demographic of a buyer….
I don’t “ get it” but thanks for sharing.. I’m sure it took a lot of work to plan the video…..
Cheers,
It did indeed, thanks for checking it out!
No way. Meelee ovens?!
I’m watching this tour on November 5th, that bunker is going to come in handy. Which ever way the election goes, the other side is going to loose their minds!
The bunker 👌
Never could figure out why you needed more than 10 pairs of shoes even if that’s necessary you can only wear one at a time
Always gotta have some on ice
Industrious does not mean industrial…. Also… prohibition era… not “prohibition area”.
You are right, I misspoke
the oven isn't called melee, you say melar
40 something million, for so little land??? Maybe they should have built this on a bigger lot, 10-20acres
They will be lucky to fetch 25 million for it
Nothing secret about it if its on youtube. 😊
Out of curiosity, is this the highest MLS listing price in the history of Arizona?
There is a house west of this house asking 75 mil and one in Silverleaf for 65 mil
This is currently the most expensive listed built home in all of Arizona as of today
devin booker literally lives 3 houses down
Some Russian ganster will love it! A shooting range and wing that ensures he never has to see the kids = plus/plus!
If I pay that much, I want some land to show for it, and not just a huge multi room warehouse. Much better lots just up the hill.
Great house, awesome finishes. But it's east/west facing...major downgrade. Will be annoying sunrise and sundown.
Watching the sun drop behind the mountain is priceless
@@Gavren Sure, it's also free :) If you lived here you'd understand why north / south orientation is preferred.
Are there no servants quarters for the help?
There is not dedicated place for housing staff, the home was custom built for the current owners needs and wants which did not include this feature although they definitely entertain a lot!
They are dreaming! They will be lucky to get $21 million for it.

"North of 4 M for a 66 feet range. Why not spending a little bit extra and get a decent length? 66 feet is not a challenge for anyone!
not 1 pic of the garage spaces.
I’m thinking the owner didn’t want his car collection shown 🤷♂️
👍
So who owns this residence? I know it isnt Randy Johnson cuz he lived in Fountain Hills like Curt Schilling.
Why are we not talking about him casually dunking in a suit
It’s very Joe Rogan coded
haha

But no sauna steam room or ice bath huh?
