Something needs to be done or much more of this exact thing will continue. @ Mike - I agree with you 100%. Phoenix is a good city - their citizens deserve more in terms of either lowering speed, patrol officers... something. I was blown away - I have travelled/lived in many major cities and Phoenix is the worst in terms of speeding/carelessness/aggression (nowadays moreso) and with little enforcement present. Huge condolences to the family - tragic and very sad.
I've driven nearly fifty years in many areas of country. The state of Texas have law enforcement everywhere, local police, sheriff cars, State Patrol, etc, the most I've ever experienced. In general, Texas drivers seem to drive safely and within speed limit. Law enforcement is ubiquitous, and this is a compliment.
The thing that's pisses me off the most is when I take my daughter on vacation to beaches, there are always assholes ready to Rev there engines and try to look big and bad on the strip, but when they try to show off and end up wrecking their shit and killing/injuring people on the sidewalk is where the shit needs to stop.
It's all the buses fault. If the bus had a stronger bumper the pickup driver would have walked away without a scratch...Oh wait.......
YOUR AN ANTIBUMPERITE...SHAME ON YOU

Lot of tweaker drivers in Phoenix
One minute you're driving down the highway and then you're not.
There sure have been allot of pickup truck accidents like this of lately
Rest easy now Marine, Semper Fi
It was 100% preventable, but you cant fix the idiot factor. What a shame.
So sad dont drive fast or upset no texting driving please watch yr speed becareful my condolences family from texas strong
Speeding idiots everywhere. They have no fear so they drive with total insanity.
I couldn't agree with you more!
This went from a rear-end to a dead end real quick…
So so sad my condolences to the family 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Make sure we have enough help around to block the cameras view!
Midnight and he might’ve been drinking since noon. Was that a huge hit, or Nissan can’t build a strong truck - because that really buckled. What kind of speed he’d have to be going 80+. RIP man.
All vehicles are built with crumple zones to protect the occupants inside, he was just driving too fast.
85 mph to a the equivalent of a brick wall will do wonders to any truck I promise
@1:03 is it just me or are the 2 people on the motorcycle on the freeway not wearing helmets?🧐🤨
No helmet law in AZ.
The woman wasn't
Nissan tells me everything I need to know.
My thoughts too. Looks like a typical Nissan low speed bump.
High speeds or high speed?
Well, he'll never do that again.
So many people across the country die in automobile accidents every single day. All of those hundreds of people get up in the morning and go through all the motions the rest of us do, having no idea that they'll be dead in a matter of minutes or hours. It's scary. Somebody has to literally pick up the pieces in more ways than one. Please pay attention, slow tf down and do not drive while intoxicated!
"I live in Arizona and I've seen worse things every if he died you would be surprised what goes down in Phoenix"

What was the cause of death??
R.I.P. for the victim.
Did y’all get the La Mirada wreck?
Blame Ford, Nissan and others. Their TV ads are full of cars and trucks speeding and being reckless.
Wonder what the initial cause of traffic slowing down abruptly was? Prob some jibroni cutting over from the left lane to make an exit or brake checking another vehicle.
To Jamie. No one should write any bad comments . We do not know what happened. This guy has died bless him. He sounded a beautiful man inside and outside. God be with him nowm He is in a place promised by our God. All new again. Saying eh do not cry for me. I am here near to you all. I will see you again. He only experences Joy now. No tears or illness or racism any more in Heaven. God bless his heart for what he did on earth. Champion human being!!!!! I pray his family can draw strength from God and be surrounded with love from family and freinds to get through.

I'm guessing the bus was broken down sitting still with flashers on that's why it was in extreme left lane..was that an HOV lane?
yes thats the hov lane. ive seen city busses and even the greyhound busses occupy that lane. they are even currently adding something to the middle of the 10 ( i think adding a lane on both sides) so they got rid of the little gore area we used to have between the hov and furthest left lane so now the lanes are a little less wide
@@caprisun444 I worked for bus company.the. buses are generally well maintained.if you have a fleet of several hundred some are bound to break down.
Moving a tad swiftly? I'd say so...... on the other hand, he's no longer a highway menace.
Shame all those people were inconvenienced.
Wow wow wow wow horrible car crashes RIP 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 From Edinburg Texas
I visited a friend in Phoenix everyone drives like 80 & get on peoples but tailgating
Not this gal😊....I maintain at least two car lenths from the person ahead of me, but, your right drivers are nuts here....... they have to get everywhere...... FAST!! I get PTSD just getting into my car anymore🥴
@@andreavb4541 It's 2 seconds min., not 2 car lengths. Big difference. 2 car lengths is appropriate dist.for about 15mph.
@@andreavb4541 sadly, he and many others got to their graves fast.
God, I hope that the bus is salvageable.
Complete write-off. CNG, too. Could’ve had a major kablamo.
And a bus load of passengers filing false claims for injuries
@@stephenmellentine they'll fix that bus. I used to drive one and they fixed one way worse in our fleet.
The time between 23:00 and 04:00 has the highest percentage of collisions like this.
If I've said it once I've said it 1000 times, that sudden stop will get ya every time, trust me on this...
Geez how fast was that pickup truck going when it rear ended that transit bus😮😮
Cheap nissans truck from the early 2000's era what do you expect
Any smaller vehicle smashing into bus at a high rate of speed is a suicide machine.
I expect a grown adult to be able to follow the laws of the road and avoid hitting the backend of a big ass bus is what I expect! The truck he was driving has nothing to do with it. That’s why we have so many issues with everything anymore cause everyone blames everything but the person responsible for the crash!!
It will destroy any vehicle when this happens, it happens much more often than people realize.
@@aisaxonawiat6484 your absolutely correct! But the Einsteins in the room want to simply fault the truck, lol, instead of the idiot driving his truck into the back of a Mack truck basically, lol
@@1982MCI Agree totally, how does one not see a bus?
What’s with all the school bus crashes?
I notice that even u.s. drivers slow down to peep morbidly a road accident scene 😔
something suggests that the last farewell will take place in “closed casket mode “
Loss of a damaged car😭
That poor bus driver.NZ
He caught the bus 🚍 literally
Like crashing into a steel wall...
