It is very beautiful and musical.
Not many guitarist attempt that piece 😮. Bravo!!!
Fantastic Ben! Excellent technique and good feel/ interpretation.
Wonderful performance!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼✨
Meus parabéns, um excelente violonista.
Deus o abençoe sempre!
Bravo!
Fantastic!
So beautiful and very well played! Only, this is the prelude of the BWV 1006... I'm studying this piece, the cantata should be the arrangement for organ if I am not in mistake.
And for violin: Prelude, Partita no.3.
The miracle and blessing of Bach will live forever....
Heres to you championing German culture perfectly.
I came back to this, Ben, because Deep Purple stuck this in a recent song, "Nothing at All". Really great, man
Hey Andy - thanks! I just checked out the Deep Purple tune. Cool how they made that fit into the 3 feel!
Amazing !
That's some pretty high level playing right there! This is a piece I've always wanted to tackle, but never got round to. Maybe now it's time I tried.
I’m a Navy musician and it took me a year and five months to memorize BWV 29 on the organ. Toughest job I ever loved!
Wow..... I'm going to print this out so I can learn it by the end of my next lifetime. FSJ brings so many great musicians that you would not have heard of otherwise.
Magnificent rendition!
Truly amazing…what a beautiful gift you have.
Tuesday??!? That's a whole 'nother day!!!!! Waaaah! I can't wait!!! I love FSJ!!!!
An absolute joy, well done.
Beautiful!
Very good!!
thanks , enjoyed the Bach music
the great Bach!!!
Yes power!!!
Excellent playing
Awesome!!!
fantastico
Fenomenale!
Bravo
Good job
Amazing tempo!
A bit fast for my taste. Reminds me of Bish's playing of the organ version (Sinfonia, Contata no.29). Like she had a plane to catch. Prefer a slower tempo, e.g. John Williams' Prelude, Lute Suite no.4. Although I'll say that CPO Coker plays with *no* blurring of notes. Nice.
excellent tempo
♥️🌿 Excellent !
I am FRENCH.
SORY i d'nt speak well ;
Je suis GUITARISTE DEPUIS 50 ans
J'AIME beaucoup
That was fucking (excuse my French) awesome.
BZ, Petty Officer. Great to see the Navy MU represented playing the best. Where are you stationed? I was in 68-88, retired MUC.
Go NAVY!!
I tried to find and contact you online. I couldn’t. Have you ever done Handle’s Largo, Vivaldi’s Largo, Or the Prayer of Jean Racine on guitar? We would like to hear it from you.
That guy Tommy Emmanuel needs to see this maybe then he would sell his guitars.
Smooth,,,but why the capo? Doesn't make sense
Hi Ashley - the piece is in the key of F. I could have tuned the guitar a half-step higher, but another advantage of doing everything up a fret is that the big stretches are just a little bit easier as the fret spacing gets smaller as you go up the neck.
