Always great to see you at Gilboa! My son & I love watching your videos. It's awesome to see your little ones follow in your foot steps regarding your love of diving. I completely understand the concept of "Scuba Therapy". I really enjoy my time underwater as it is an experience like no other. More importantly, I have met some amazing divers / instructors that have accepted my son & I into their "dive family". I recently started diving and it feels like I found something that has unlocked a whole other world of adventure and the daydreaming of the next dive just gets excited and puts me in a positive mood. I was at gilboa for the first time Saturday and it was amazing!
Very proud of you for your accomplishments. I struggle with my own issues but diving is definitely therapeutic. Gilboa is 2 hours from me as I live just south of Columbus, Ohio. I truly hope to link up with you and dive.
Great video I started diving in 2002 back then I did it for fun. Now after many deployments diving is my therapy of choice. I find peacefulness in the back of a cave
