Awww thank you so much for your kind words, encouragement and support, Beautiful!! Appreciate you so much!! Blessings! 🤗🥰💕💕
Lint sticks to sticky stuff, so oil and products in your hair holds on to lint and other stuff. People that use clarifying shampoos only and nothing else don’t experience a lot of lint; however high porosity locs might end up looking dry and raggedy because clarifying shampoos completely strips the hair. Some people only use water some use plant waters; some people add essential oils to water, they are not as sticky as regular oils.
🙌🏾🙌🏾 Thanks for droppin’ that knowledge! Do you have a clarifying shampoo you would suggest??
@@biancayasmeen No, I don’t use them, I use a few drops of peppermint and lavender essential oils in water in a spray bottle, both are antibacterial and peppermint is antiviral. I saturate, let it sit then rinse.
@@chronicfatiguehermithiker3022 oh nice! I’m gonna have to try that!
Your so pretty your skin is glowing
Aww thank you so much, Love! 💕💕

Yeah lint is real. But i will wear my cozy sweaters lol i won’t be cold.
Haha I know that’s right 😆
Hahaha!!! Love!!! Made me miss my locs.
😆 thank you!!! 🫶🏾 The journey comes with A LOT of memories too, frfr 😅
I have a question. Do you use oil in your locs? I know when I was using oil in my locs, it was attracting lint like nobodies business!!
I do! oooh and I know what you meannn! 😬 one thing I’ve realized is that everyone’s hair is so dang different- even when the exact same products are used. 😩 some folk can use products and talk about they never experience build up but when I try, now I’m the “build up Queen” 😅 haha so in this oil and lint case- what I started doin was only ‘lightly oiling’ my back row cause I saw I was attracting lint back there- but nowhere else!
Were you attracting lint all over? Or only in certain areas of your head? I love hearing how our hair reacts differently lol, it’s so cool to me to see how magical we are 😊💕
Yasmeen is my name 🥹🥹
Ahhh hey girl heyyy! Our parents knew a good thang when they heard it, okay! LOL! My mama said she named me Yasmeen after the model Yasmeen Ghauri- do you know how your parents got your name!?
