    Too be fair its good advice, but its skipps the closing partt. The yes? Where is the closing of the deal. Your basically saying: if the job isn't perfect or the candidate has doubt, walk away. So doing what you say in the beginning. Ok you give a hard close of 48h and I need a decision. But thats throwing yourself of a gliff and hoping the parachute opens in time.
    You can close a doubting candidate, and you can even close them against there will almost. But thats immoral. The point is, you are not explaining closing.
