This video was helpful, thank you! Instead of an excel spreadsheet I typically create a Saved Search in LinkedIn Recruiter and add to it, then go back to it and change some of the search parameters based on the position I'm recruiting for!
You have to accept those connection request and lead more connections here. And I'm amazed qt how you didn't have 1 million messages in your inbox with job seekers request.

Newbie question! Wish I could see your excel sheet to learn.. so does an ATS do what your spreadsheet would? Or do you work with both ATS and your own tracking sheets?
I remember writing endless notes when I first started... now ...I hardly listen. I’m oil. But U must be the same... Software engineer , San Francisco Done deal
