You will need pristine eightfold blade from Yiga clan and pristine forest dwellers weapons from Korok forest in combo with sneak armor to get one shots on silver enemies like silver bokoblin, silver moblin, and even silver lizalfos in Tears of the Kingdom. Silver Boss Bokoblin = 1200 HP so it one shots
If we go with this set up, but change the armor to the Radiant set for Bone Proficency, and use a Molduga Jawbone instead, this is what we got.
Pristine Eightfold Blade (15) + 10 Attack Buff (25) + Molduga Jawbone (32) = 57 Attack
57 x 1.5 Damage Food Buff = 85.5 or 86 Damage
86 x 1.8 Damage from Bone Proficency = 154.8 or 155 Damage
155 x 10 from Boosted Sneakstrike = 1,550 Damage
Does ANYTHING survive that? Anything that can be hit with a Sneakstrike?

Funfact; The Evil Spirit Armor retains the Stealth bonus it has, while also having the set bonus, allowing you to improve this damage further if you use the Molduga jaw rather than the Lynel Saber Horn with that armor XD.

Glad you mentioned this, I was ignoring the evil spirit armor because I heard it was not able to be upgraded. I use the radiant set but will definitely get the evil spirit armor now.
Yes this works but isn't needed since just with the 80 damage and the sneakstrike multi without an attack buff this works on anything that can be stealth attacked.

Developers missed the perfect opportunity to have the lvl 2 upgrade buff being increased sneak crit. Instead they decided to just make 3 outfits do night speed up lol

I quickly figured out how broken the puffshroom was and when I simply paired it up with the eightfold blade and obliterated mobs without breaking a sweat.

I love puffshrooms!! I was set on using them ever since I saw them in Aonuma's demo. My idea was to fuse them to arrows. I also realized that since I could get sneakstrikes out of them, I didnt need sheikah armor (later yiga) or sneaky food. So I could wear armor w/ better defense (& for the weather) & eat mighty bananas for an attack boost, or do fierce deity for both. When I saw that ability for 8fold blade I realized I could do even more, especially upon fusing the right parts to it. It's been really helpful, taking down boss bokoblins in just a few hits

I stumbled upon both eight fold n long eight fold which I reset to get plus 10 and plus 9 respectively. Now I can build this stealth set. Thanks for an awesome video.
You can skip the octorok part if your leveling is high enough. Save in front of the statue before you pick up the weapon. Then you can reroll by reloading your save.

Do you need to be a specific exp lvl to get the lvl 10 ark boost or is it just shiny Pokemon lvls of rare?

Fun fact if you find the weapon in the depths, you can make a hard save and keep loading before you pick it up. Each time you load, the buff on the weapon will randomize. You can save a lot of time getting attack up +10 that way. Much faster than octorok method.
This only works for people who have higher exp in the game

I preffer to put the puffshroom on a shield. if you perfect block you dont take its durability but it still creates the smoke, get it with the most amount of guard so it has a higher chance of making enemies lose their balances, that gives you even more time to get behind them.

I’ve actually started using puffshrooms with the eightfold and silver lynel horn for silver enemies it will either 1 shot or 2 hit them it saves on so much durability with other weapons

Forest Dweller dazzle fruits could also be fun, just constant flash bangs on attack.

Instead of the Stealth outfit, I used the Majora's Mask. Majora's mask (and attack up armor) + Puffshroom + pristine Eightfold Blade(Silver Lynel Saber Horn fused to it) = get in get out with enemies none the wiser (or alive). The reason is that even if enemies see you, with the Mask, they won't aggro. On the contrary, they will often go to you and group up in a manner where all you need is to throw a puffshroom in the group and 1 shot them all or at least 3-4 of them. When the puffshroom ends the remaining enemies are none the wiser. They don't notice that their numbers have been thinned and also if they were at any point angry before the puffhsroom they suddenly forget it all and go back to being inquisitive of your mask.
Been doing this for tens of hours already lol.

Probably want to put a blunt type weapon attachment. Like white lynel blunt drop. That way you can still kill armored enemies.
It's a shame the Forest Dweller weapons don't recycle the Gibdo Bones and Ancient Blades. Would be so OP.

If you have bone weapon proficiency armor on and fuse a molduga jaw to the eightfold blade, it'll do 1642 damage in one hit, 2462 damage if you have attack up 3 food
You can kill the octorok as soon as you see the polish animation instead of dodging weapons
One time I took out an entire group Zonai constructs that had 2 captain constructs (one of them were IV) and threw out a bunch of puffshrooms and one shot everything using my eightfold long blade fused with a blue Lynette saber horn
You don't need any sneek effect the enemys don't notice you in the smoke cloud even with no sneek effect

if you really want to do more you can use level 2 radient armor set pristine guard sword with molduga jaw then sneak strike with dmg boost food and you can do more than 6k

Will the Evil Spirit set be a replacement to the sheikah set? Not only can you deal more damage if you use a molduga jaw and take advantage of its bone weapon prof. buff, each piece of the set provides a stealth bonus too.
You dont really need the stealth bonus, its the puffshrum that enables the sneakstrike, so evil spirit will be better. On both sets you can eat for attack up buff and it will stuck
You don't need any armor. The puffshroom enables the sneak strike. So just wear what you want.
It looks cooler too
Puffshroom can't always cover all the enemies around and it can dissipate,so sneak allow you to go to monster back outside of puffshroom or after puffshroom ends.

I can’t tell you how many times I went to go see a rock octorock to change a long throw enhancement to something else and all I get back is still a long throw enhancement
The rng is not being fair to you
Make sure to save before giving your wepon to the rockorock (rock octorock) so you can reroll the buff

I have a pretty cool story about how I took this weapon to the extreme. I was into late game and I finally decided to free Lurelin Village from the pirates. I wanted to kill all the enemies with a single sneak strike at night without alerting anyone else and before the night ended. My setup was pristine eightfold blade +10 attack fused with a Molduga jawbone and the Evil Spirit set. I decided to make an exception to alert the enemy in the well since they can’t alert anyone about me and so I can see the health bar for progress. After that I began with the ship by sneaking on with a spring so I can begin my plan by killing the lizard enemy since they don’t sleep. Once that was done I killed all the other monsters on the ship with one strike while they were just sleeping. Then I sneaked around in the village killing enemies that were sleeping while being careful of enemies that were on lookout patrol. After a few reloads, I was able to clear out the village of every single pirate on the village before sun came up completing the challenge I set up for myself. It was such an amazing experience on how I was able to one shot Silver and Black enemies while they were sleeping thinks to this op weapon. For anyone who made it to the end of my story thank you so much taking your time to read about my experience playing this incredible game.

If your weapon is badly damaged, you can feed the weapon to a rock octorock and the weapon will healed
Do we know if the Eightfold blade's bonus is just a ×2 multiplier or not? Does it give you a higher multiplier?
Sneakstrike without the bonus is an 8x multiplier, and I am 99% certain Improved Sneakstrike is a 16x damage multipler, so yes, it's just a 2x multiplier.
As for how I know, I tested it. I shot a Silver Boss Boko with a 50 damage bow, counting the hits. The bow broke, I switched to a 10 damage spear. Unless I miscounted, the Silver Boss Boko had between 1211 and 1220 hp, probably 1220 since it's a nice round number. Then, I reloaded so I can reuse the bow and spear to check other mob's HP later. This time, I sneakstruck it with a 73 damage Eightfold Blade I had lying around my inventory. It didn't kill, but it left the boss boko at low enough HP to die in 1 more hit. If Improved Sneakstrike was a 16x multipler, that sneakstrike would have done 1168 damage. One more hit would take it to 1241 total damage. The 80 damage sword does 1280 damage. So the math checks out.
you dont even need the stealth armor, as the smoke 100% guarantees stealth.
Do we have precise numbers on the sneak strike buff? I feel like any gerudo weapon would have the same result of ohko as Eightfold Blade. The real MVP is the puffshroom+stealth
If it is 2x (which from my play time seems likely the case) then no gerudo weapon would match. A Pristine Eightfold Blade fused with a Silver Lynel Saber Horn would be 70, and a sneakstrike would do 16 times that. The closest Gerudo weapon is the Scimitar of the Seven. Paired with that same Silver Lynel Saber horn it gets 138 attack and a sneakstrike would do x8 of that. It's close, but 16 points less. The Eightfold blade can also get a modifier, ideally durability but any attack up buff would provide an extra x16 times that modifier.
But really, using the Gerudo weapon for sneak strikes would be wasting it's true potential which is for bosses and other strong enemies, while the Eightfold Blade is MADE for sneak strikes. Eightfold Blades have more durability than most Gerudo weapons (SotS has a durability of 60 though, which is one of the highest in the game) and fusion adds even more durability to them than it does Gerudo weapons. You can get more out of each weapon if you keep them to their own uses, rather than sneakstriking with the gerudo weapon and having to keep up with how much durability is left on them when you get into combat and potentially being left with weaker weapons for actual combat. It also helps keep them largely balanced so you end up needing to repair them both around the same time rather than needing to make separate trips to the Eldin Mountains to repair them.

What is the bonus damage from "improved sneak strike"? Regular sneak strike is ×8. Btw you don't even need stealth for this so evil set or radiant set with jaw bone on it can get up to (((25+32)×1.8)×1.5)×8=1231. Change the 8 to whatever the improved sneak strike is I doubt it's double but in case it is that's 2462. So somewhere between 1231 and 2462 with the bone build
You wouldn’t need the bone build to do more damage. Since this is not even with attack up
Bonus damage from the Improved Sneakstrike trait is x2, for a total sneakstrike damage multiplier of x16.
Silver Boss bokos have between 1211-1220hp (I counted using a 50 damage bow, switching to a 10 damage spear when it got low.) Without any damage buffs from armor or food, the 80 damage sword shown in the video oneshots the boss boko. A sneakstrike from a 73 damage Eightfold Blade I had lying around did not, but one more hit from the weapon killed it after. With a x16 multiplier, those 2 swords do 1280 and 1168 damage, respectively. So it's either a x2 multipler, or close enough to it to make no difference.
And yes, 2462 was also the number I came up with for a maximised setup using Bone Prof and Attack Up. For reference, Gold Moblins in BOTW had 1620hp. So this setup should be useful if we get a Master Mode.
i like to use the other silver lynel horn so i can kill the armored enemys too. maybe i should carry one of each .....

btw if you use the set from the labyrinths you can get sneak 3x and bone dmg up. so you can increase your dmg with using the molduga jaw as fuse matireal and you can also use a atk buff. the question is: is there something that you CAN sneakstrike AND have that high HP? we talking about 1641 dmg with boneUp and 2462 with boneUp and 3x atk buff. and that while you can land more that one sneak hit on an enemy xD

You can also do the 400 damage master sword glitch and wear the evil spirit armor and you can easily do the one shots on the silvers mobs as well. The only you can’t oneshot is a silver lynal but all the other silver mobs can be one shot with a sneak strike
If you exploit in an unbearably overpowered weapon, why would you care about sneak strike? You kill everything in a few hits maximum regardless.

And when your korok hunting and hunting other kings those silver mobs become a pest and taking them out in one hit it better than letting them be so they can hit and slow you down

Does anyone else know where you can get the Forest Dweller Weapons? I have never been to the korok forest but have found 2 Spears (decayed) Im guessing a like like in a nearby area but I got them so long ago I can't remember where I got it.

Why does the puffshroom need to be fused to a koror weapon? Do they work fused to other weapons? I’ve been shooting the shrooms, mostly.
Korok weapons have an ability to Re-use items. It won't consume the item.

It does not fit the theme of the video, but you can use Puffshrooms to open Lynels up to being mounted.

Yeah, the couple videos I saw of this guy is him doing long setups that aren't really that necessary. The majority of the work in this set up is being done by the Eightfold blade, and even a decayed one with a weaker material is good early on. So if it was a tutorial I would say "Go get an eightfold blade, but a strong horn you have on it, and go into the depths and get some Puffshrooms. There', that should be able to one shot a lot of enemies." The other stuff is completely unnecessary and the time spent getting it would likely be better spent doing something else, like getting parts of the Phantom armor, or going for one of the towers, or something.
All of this setup is really just optimization. You could get solid mileage out of a decayed eightfold blade with a decent fusion material just throwing the puffshrooms and skip the stealth armor because it doesn't matter once you're in the smoke.

the ghost is not gonna give the same weapons to all of us. it's rng based. It will draw a weapon between 1 handed or 2 handed. If you save before you see the ghost (make sure you are not too close or it won't work) you can make it spawn another 1 handed and load game untill you have the weapon of choice (if you don't pick it up but save game then that weapon is set until you pick it up) you can then pick it up to see what buff is on and if you saved BEFORE you picked it up you can now load your game until it has a buff you like

After I broke my eight fold I went to the dephs and the eight fold blade didn't show up.
There's only a chance of it showing up at certain places. Not every ghost soldier has one but certain ones have a chance of containing it.
I really don't get why you needed to enhance it w the Rock Octorok when it already came w a +9 Attack bonus. That seemed perfectly fine to me as is.
Having now done the math, you should be able to one-shot silver Boss Bokoblins with a +7 attack bonus or greater. (I did have to count their HP myself, that info doesn't seem to be online anywhere yet, and you can't see it ingame unlike BOTW.)
Hey bro, great video but next time please specify for dummies like me that when we are breaking weapons they have to be broken while they are still in Link's hand. If it breaks when we throw the weapon it doesn't count and you won't get Pristine Weapons spawning in the depth.

Btw just a question I've noticed a lot of people don't upgrade armour, like even your stealth video you don't update the armour at the Great Fairies, instead just upgrade weapons and that's it. Does upgrading only affect the defense of the armour doesn't improve its ability?
@@KulZaze The only point where upgrading armor matters beyond defense is when you get a full set to second enhancement and wear it all together for the set bonus.

Depends on your exp value. If it's too low the weapon won't spawn with any enhancements.

How is this better than a Molduga Hammer from a Pristine Royal Guard's Claymore and Molduga Jaw with Bone Weapon Proficiency from either Radiant or Evil Spirit armour? That's 284 damage if you get it to its last hit and only use it for mounting so it doesn't break. Use the info well...
@@mixanblend it requires no fancy armor set ups. im yet to find a single radient or evil spirit armour. im still in the Northern portions of the game for my main exploration area currently.
@@kennycarter5682 Honestly that’s amazing for early-midgame as it means you don’t have to avoid anything you run into as long as you can fight well. Radiant Armour is purchased from Kakariko, which is not exactly hard to get to. But the Molduga Jaw does require going to Gerudo.
@@mixanblend ya im saving Gerudo for last in general as im a sucker for deserts and egyptian pyramid themes.. save the best for last if i say so myself. i can kill a silver lynal these days in about 10 strikes from my lynal melter. and once i get more damage up gear. its a go time. i recently figured out how to parry lynals for easy face shots. so. im nearly unbeatable as long as i got my shield out and i dont lose my special lynal melter.
