- Oc & Lau Restaurant in Garden Grove, also known as Little Saigon, is often touted as the best Vietnamese restaurant not only in Orange County but also in California and the country. Curious to see if it lives up to the hype, we decided to have a taste test ourselves. Our friend Vincent treated us to an incredible feast that left us amazed and satisfied. In this video, we take you on a journey through the flavors and dishes that make Oc & Lau a standout in the competitive world of Vietnamese cuisine.

We have a thriving Vietnamese community here in Garden Grove, and many, many great Vietnamese restaurants. We tend to go quite a bit, but this is without a doubt the best we have had so far.

Especially good Vietnamese. When we find a place that makes good Pho, we tend to go a lot.

What a feast! Will have to visit this place someday. Scallops looked awesome. It is hard ordering anything else besides pho for me. Pho 101 on Edinger and Beach or its sister restaurant pho 79 in Garden Grove are amazing if you are in the mood for soup/pho. Thanks for sharing, nice work!
It was truly amazing. Just up the road from you, so you should go. Plan on a bit of a wait, though. At some point, we're taking a Vietnamese friend into Garden Grove for her favorite pho places in a pho video. We'll try to stop at Pho 101 on that video.
@@steveandyoung I just wanted to mention that this restaurant was shut down by the health department 2 weeks ago for a rodent infestation. Figured that info might be helpful in deciding if to return for another meal. It sounds like they handled the issue and reopened again though. Our new favorite Pho place is Sen Restaurant, the rib eye pho was probably the best bowl of pho to date for me. Pho 101 seems to have let their quality gradually slip.
