But now Kevin brings a new era, new techniques, modern playing style. Even one of the badminton legends said that Kevin's techniques had never been in a badminton book before.
After several months of delaying last year's tournament, now many men's doubles players are following Sukamuljo and Gideon's style of play, playing fast in front of the net and imitating Kevin's style of play. I think the minions bring a new technique in the world of badminton that was not previously in any records. 👌👌
I dont think The Minions will come back to their previous style, the fast-paced-gun-blazzing style. Why? Because over the past few years everyone else has been trying to copy their play, and succeeded. They probably watch Minions' game over and over to study their techniques. The Minions have to come up with another style, unpredictable to others. And maybe this is what is being implemented currently in tournaments, they are "cooking" another style. Hope you win in next tournaments, Minions 👍
Minion revolutioniezed mens double with their style. Not as elegant as daddies, not as powerfull as Fu/cai but they dominates world badminton for so long. Its so unfortunate they didn't won WC and Olympic.

@Donald Zuramp you could say opponents figured them out, a lot of factors come into play, one of which Gideon having an ankle (or knee can't remember off the top of my head) surgery and on top of being the one under most pressure doesn't help. Also sukamuljo got married recently idk if he's gonna play anytime soon
His racket skill, his speed, his anticipation, his creativity are indeed NONE TO SECOND! He indeed CHANGED the game of mens double badminton played! It's just i think he retire too early... but, wish him a happy retirement!

He's amazing but I don't like his attitude being disrespect towards his opponent but saying it just psychology...but Infront of endo and Watanabe he's can't smile..or even act like what he did to other badminton players. But I think the way this dude playing is close or perhaps similry to Koo Kien Kiat....or like imitating KKK...and KKK is fun to watch because we can see enjoyment in his gameplay
Lah memang minions cuma ikut all england aja tahun 2022. Gideon SAKIT harus operasi skrg RECOVERY. Waktu di all england juga gideon sudah tahan sakit. Tahun 2021 masuk 5x final beruntun, kemana anda ? Ya wajar belum ada gelar, cuma ikut 1 tournament. Urusi pemain malay aja, suru ngalahin juniornya minions masih banyak kok. Daripada salty, envy sama minions terus anda 🥲
