I encounter that with content that is actively being streamed all the time on mobile. Since I use the voiceover screen reader on my iPhone because I am blind, when it reads the playback position slider it will say for example, "track position: 1 minute 30 seconds of 11 minutes." When watching a current live stream the number after the of part always becomes that hugely over the top value.
The 64-bit integer limit is 9,223,372,036,854,775,807.
Converting that from seconds to years, we get the same number you got from hours to years.
Conclusion: something happened that made the counter of the livestream go to the positive integer limit.
now they have to make a 128-bit integer limit

One thing I use to think about loads when I was a kid is a TH-cam video with all videos on TH-cam. I use to look at lots of random things on TH-cam.
This exact same glitch happened to me on a 3 hour numberjacks video, and the video length it showed happens to be exactly the same

Context: it’s a TH-cam Glitch for mobile (as shown in the video) but it appears for half a second and it’s loading this number because TH-cam live streams can go on and on for 200B years but it doesn’t do that. It’s just loading the livestream.
To be exact:

This glitch is not apart of the video itself but I believe apart of your hardware; the screenshot was from a phone's POV. What probably is shown is not minutes but nanoseconds, or any other time measurement unit and TH-cam being slow in converting this due to hardware limitations (RAM, processor, etc...).
to do the glitch you need cumputer and go to web site commands and change any video time

That number in seconds is equal to 2^63, which is the 64 bit integer limit of numbers, so maybe that is why that number appears like that, it renders as the 64 bit integer limit, after it loads properly, i guess it turns into the real number.
