- This year at the 2019 MECA/IASCA unified finals, i decided to do something different and get competitor spotlight video to show everyone a small portion of what they could see if they were to come to finals. Everyone here is more than happy to chat and demo their system to anyone and coming here even to spectate is a great way to have fun, meet new friends, and even get an idea on what you want to do with your own install.
Nick, it shows your passion in taking the time to do all of these great videos. Great job man.
Wow what an awesome interview with a wonderful person. Thank you as this was very well done as are all your videos!
My pleasure :)
I taught is was 3 amps damnnn. So well detailed and clean install
Man, I didn't see this before. Paul is good people
I just made them public after being private for a long time :)
Great focus on integration and signal! The full use of factory locations with upmixer is brilliant on that Lexus platform.
Paul is an awesome guy. Always a fun guy to talk with.
He is very fun to hang around with
Great content ! Definately helps one peep into what goes into competition level audio car builds. Great Install and equipment.
what is the name of the rca cables he mentioned in the video? Thank you.
What's the advantage of having the separate alpine processor for the center vs say the helix with center channel?
Jethro Bell the Alpine has true center channel processing. PL2
I spy Steve W's grocery-getter in the background
We posted his earlier today :)
Liking the amalgam of components and tech! Sub'd.
What a wonderful car, wish I could hear it. I do have a slight problem with manufacturers creating custom amplifiers(in this case), subwoofers, etc that is not able to be purchased by the consumer by someone in street class. Does it affect me, no. Just something that isn't right.
Why is it not right? Paul may have needed something specific for his install that required certain parts that they arent able to get anymore, or modifying the board itself. Nothing wrong with it. Option 2: he was exaggerating. No idea if that is the case or not though.
@@iDAV8 if you want me to be fully honest, hes probably exaggerating a bit in the video. (Sorry paul)
Jared Jahaaski you can have custom amps if you pay for them. I have some custom test items that may or may not make it into production. There are many cars out there including speakers or software updates.
To me if you have custom amps from a manufacturer, you should be pro plus competition level. It has worked I liked this in various other organizations. Some which even prohibit custom amps and woofers if they do not make the public production line.
@@jaredjay2310 Tbh, it sounds like you dont understand the current "climate"(?) of car audio competition. I can promise you that its not really a big deal and that you are making it out to be much more than it really is.
How much money do you win??
Lol
@@ResoNixSoundSolutions That is why I don't do it anymore. Trophies that collect dust and bragging rights is all you get to have some judge tell you what he thinks scores better. Cool videos though.
@@AADmrstangerbanger trophies are lame. Wanting to do it only for prize money is just as lame
Nice interview!!, it would be even more awesome if 1 or 2 songs were played, even a little part...
I had my better speakers on already, in stead of the phonespeaker 😉
jt is a good dude, and does incredible work
Man...who won then?
Ok got it...watched the trophy vids
Nordost Valhalla? Damn

We were not successful in our task but we will fight through the tears 😥 and come back better stronger faster mo betterester. If you get a chance come to a local event and hear some great sounding cars and really good people.
@@westsidevideo How much airspace did you give that Vipera F15?
fotopfanatic 1.67cf sealed
Non " sponsored " competitor competing with custom equipment / parts " NOT " available to the " Public " in the " Street Class " ???? That's some serious B-U-L-L S-H-I-T...
Disconnect the dam door ajar buzzer
Please...other wise great interview.
