A very timely video (I have been fighting anxiety again recently). Well done for speaking so frankly about mental health and your own battles. A lot of the video resonated with myself. I am working on giving it to God. Prayers to all those struggling x
I am not subscribed to youtube but my late husband was so don't be taken aback that it his name that appears. It is I Margaret Marshall lol >> Thank you so much Simon for your courage in speaking of your own struggles. It was so inspiring for me to hear. I have suffered with social anxiety most of my life and it has just got so much worse since Alan passed. I often isolate myself rather than put myself in a situation where there are lots of people present. It is probably the reason why I rush off at the end of a church service. I am getting a bit better but not quite there yet. Thank you for being so open with your own personal struggles because that means people like me will feel okay about approaching you with our own mental health issues and not feel shame or condemnation.
I thank The Lord for his company along life’s often difficult path way, and the gift of Doctors, Counselors, family, friends and medication that helps me live a more fulfilling life. Thank you Simon. God bless 🙏
Well done. I genuinely felt uplifted whilst watching and listening ❤
