So super delicious, the beef butter from the gods, what a awesome recipe this is! A portion should easily do a tenner, with a bit of fennel salad on the side you would easily get 15 euros a portion over here.

Last layer Parmesan cheese will make it more crunchy
Maybe some Paprika sprinkled on top
Try Provolone mixed with the Mozzarella
Try add an Anchovy(ONE) to fry just before you add that tomato paste - It will make it more rustic AND Where's the red wine for that ragout??? Again more rustic.
Sprinkle on freshly chopped parsley/basil on at the end.
In that last layer of bechamel add a line of tomato sauce without the meat (Garlicy Neapolitan) just to remind that dish that it's Italian.
    Nice

Lasagna is a dish that you can make in any way you want,so there isn't only one way to do it.But if I can give you an advice,I suggest to fry the veggies first and then add the mince and seal it in the veggies so they take in all the flavour. That's the way i know.Anyway you're the best, you took a dish that is very famous italian cuisine and you did it very very well.Keep on with the amazing job mate!

ive tried the cream before in my bolognaise recepy as well but i prefer the purer tomato taste even though bolognaise is ofc a beef stock by its core, the bone marrow sounds really interesting and the chunks of mince as well since it will much juicier and less dry than rough frying it into pieces. awesome recipy idea once again FB :) owh, i finish my lasagnes top off with fresh grated grand pardano to give that thin layer of crunchy saltiness to it and in one of the layers some salami can be very nice as well! :)

its a good recipe. personally i like to use a combination of mozzarella cheese and bechamel sauce - provides the lasagne with the texture of the cheese and the taste of the sauce. aubergine fits very well to the meaty sauce, especially if you like to keep it a bit mediterranian. then a lot of layers (like 8 to 10) supports the cheese-sauce profile

Great, thanks for sharing. Quite hard to rate those prices. Over here in Germany, literally no one would pay the prices i've seen in your other videos. We're quite used to get a lot of crappy food on the street, if even available. Everything must be cheap over here and that is causing low quality products even at the grocery stores. Keep up the good work, all the love from Germany.

First time I have seen a chef that used all the potential flavours out of the meat and veggies. Crispy meat en sweet veggies!
However, do not use cream so each layer has a different taste. Instead use some red wine, Worcestershire sauce and some lemon juice -> Perfection!
