    Ingredients / सामग्री:
    • Curry Leaves / कड़ी पत्ता
    • Peanuts / मूंगफली
    • Dry Grated Coconut / सूखा कसा हुआ नारियल
    • Urad Dal (Black Gram Split) / उड़द दाल
    • Sesame Seeds / तिल
    • Oil / तेल
    • Garlic / लहसुन
    • Chaat Masala / चाट मसाला
    • Red Chili Powder / लाल मिर्च पाउडर
    • Salt / नमक
    • Cumin Seeds / जीरा
    Method / विधि:
    1. Roasting the Ingredients / सामग्री को भूनना:
    • Heat a pan and add a little oil.
    • Roast the peanuts on low heat until they become crispy. Remove and set aside.
    • Roast the urad dal until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
    • Roast the dry grated coconut until it turns light brown. Remove and set aside.
    • Roast the sesame seeds lightly. Remove and set aside.
    • Roast the garlic cloves until slightly browned. Remove and set aside.
    • Finally, roast the cumin seeds until aromatic. Remove and set aside.
    • In the same pan, add a little more oil and roast the curry leaves on low heat until they become crispy. This should take about 4-5 minutes.
    2. Grinding the Ingredients / सामग्री को पीसना:
    • In a mixer grinder, add the roasted peanuts, urad dal, coconut, sesame seeds, garlic, and cumin seeds.
    • Grind them coarsely. Do not grind too fine; the mixture should have a slightly coarse texture.
    • Add the chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to the grinder.
    • Grind again to mix all the spices well.
    3. Mixing / मिलाना:
    • Transfer the ground mixture to a bowl.
    • Now, grind the roasted curry leaves separately into a fine powder.
    • Add this curry leaf powder to the bowl with the ground mixture.
    • Mix everything thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the curry leaf powder.
    4. Storing / स्टोर करना:
    • Your flavorful and healthy curry leaf chutney is now ready.
    • Store it in an airtight container. This chutney can be used for up to 15-20 days.
