Mam agar aap dhaniya dhokar, todke kisi jalidar plastic bowl me use normally fridge me rakh dengi tabhi bhi wo kuch din mai sukh jata hai aur salbhar tak store raheta hai. Katne ki bhi jarurat nahi. Aur same pudina ko bhi aise hi store kar sakte hai. But ur trick is nice because app bina fridge ke store karne ka tarika bata rahe ho. 😊😊👍👍

In the 70s my dad used to dry dhania and kadipatha for my brother who was working on ship as he always wanted dhania in the omlet and kadipatha in dal . Best way to preserve herbs
