Hi Steve! I'm glad to see that you're making new videos. I love your Fender Mustang GTX tutorials. Could you please do a tutorial on the Fender EXP 1 (expression pedal) on the GTX? I have the EXP 1 and unfortunately can't find a proper application for it because I don't know how to use it properly.
    Greatings from Germany :)

@@Maxi444-g8s thanks so much for the kind words! Very nice of you. I took a break for a while but glad to be back. And one thing I’ve never owned is the expression pedal. I wish I could help quickly, but if I get one, I would definitely make a video👍👍👍

Hi Steve. Love the channel. I recently bought a GTX50 and the sound is great, very happy. One issue I have encountered but have been very unsuccessful in tracking down. The problem is that when I go into the Bluetooth setting on the Amp I don’t go any further and it does not offer me the Bluetooth menu or to be able to switch it on or off. Have you heard or experienced anything like this?

If you want the footswitch and space isn't a concern, the GTX 100 seems like a no brainer even if you don't gig. The cost of the GTX 50 + the cost of the footswitch comes out to $446 vs $450 for the GTX 100. The speaker is also different, although I don't know if it's necessarily "better". The GTX 100 also satisfied my "bigger is always better" mindset (right or wrong) lol. 😂

Great video! I actually got the little micro plus when it came out and fell in love with the app experience. So they got me hooked and sucked me into a fender champion II 50 since it likely had newer tone models tech. Got it, sounded good but had some digital issue and had to return it. Swapped it for a new katana gen 3 50 upon sales advice even though I was hesitant. Distortion models were maybe a little better but I was bummed the big pedal wasn’t compatible with entry model. Also bummed about needing adapter for app separately. I also was missing the variety of effects and clean tones. So now may be swapping out for the 4 year old GTX50. Just hesitant in case Fender decides to drop an updated version at this months NAMM2025.
