Thank you. I've had enough interest that I am actually considering building vans for others. That Travato 59K is a great floor plan though. The bathroom layout is particularly nice but I prefer the fixed bed/loft. I spend a lot more time in that "space" than I do in a bathroom type space.
I said I would have 3 "Best Van look & layout" I have had 2 number 1's. You now are #1 and the others are 2 and 3. Your van is unbelievable. I hope I don't get disappointed when I get mine together. I don't have the budget. Your Van is my #1 Dream. Oh one thing I would change for me is I cannot do white. I would do a medium grey .. Good Luck

Thanks! Yes, I did all the work on the van. I've been "studying" RVs, boats, etc. for years and also remodeling houses all of which helped me a lot on this build.
We just bought the 2018 high top 159WB and I’m dying to see what you do with it. Hope you do lots of videos. We are insulating with Rockwool. (No it’s not wool) it’s made from lava rock. Water proof, fire proof and sound deadening R-15 because the R-30 is 7” thick and that’s too thick for us.
Without a doubt the best build I've ever seen! I just wish someone would build a camper van that would fit in my garage. That is a must in my condo complex. Maybe with a pop-top. VW makes a nice one but they won't sell it in the USA.
Well, that's it then, I'm done for. After this I won't be able to look at another self-built van. Why, WHY did you have to make it so perfect, so beautiful?

Something to maybe consider, Jarrod Tucci designed his van's wet bath with the toilet set atop a slide out to where you can stand without detaching it, maneuvering around or sitting on top of it. Beautiful van nonetheless. Hope you're getting great adventures out if it.
Beautiful build... this is probably the first van build that I have seen with a locking water cover. I don't think many people put much thought to someone (maybe) tampering with their water supply. It's a strange world out there and I will definitely be locking up as much as I can... a little deterrence can go a long way... Thankhz so much for sharing... Wholeness n Essence Love ((-;
I really like your innovative design. You thought of so many things. How long would the fridge last on something like this? The only other thing I'd consider is a generator to power that AC on hot days/nights.
Start your own company . That is pro , all the way . Beautiful ! One thing that I didn't understand was your statement about not dumping your Thetford Curve porta potty tank into a toilet . We had one in our Sportsmobile and mostly dumped into our toilet at home . Just make sure and use a digester and rv toilet paper or one ply paper that will break down quickly and not clog toilets . The force of the contents being poured into the toilet creats a flush . If you're just squemish : oh well . If you're dumping into vault toilets or into septic systems then use a digester that won't harm the bacteria used in vault or septic systems . Thanks for sharing your van with us . I will build a van like yours someday just to have that huge fridge unless some company gets their act together and builds a van with just such a fridge .
Thank you Stan, I appreciate your feedback. I should have been more clear about emptying the cassette toilet into a toilet. It does work just fine - I've done it several times. The only issue is that it is a lot more "present" that way. Dumping into a sewer line or porta-potty is just nicer but the great thing about a cassette toilet is that versatility. I wouldn't want a black tank!

Finally a van thats not a Mercedes sprinter with a bathroom and shower. Seems like every video i watch it has to be a sprinter with a long base to have a shower. Whats the point of going off the grid if u cant shower in privacy. This van looks awesome 👏🏾. Also looks like a fortune to build

I read that the 2019 Coachmen Galleria uses Rockwool for its insulation. Sounds like a great product!
