A little fun fact about Enna, is that she is self taught. So she learned how to sing all by herself and ATEEEE
For Enna specifically, she actually auditioned for this character/avatar, which was described as a "heavenly songbird", and you can clearly see why she was chosen. It's still pretty funny though, seeing as she actually has a fear of birds. It is aslo a well known joke that her speaking voice is very nasal, and people that meet her would never think she could sing this beautifully. There is even a clip of her explaining how awkward it was going to buy a microphone, since her telling the employee that she sings would be "very unbelievable"

Please check out her bestfriend also. Millie Parfait. She belts higher than Enna but cannot go in lower tones except when singing in pilipino. Both are a singing duo that compliments each other.

Loved your reaction Dylan! To answer a few of your questions…
1. Typically they themselves don’t directly create their own models. There are some extremely talented people who do but usually they come up with the concept and are very involved but pay someone to draw the individual aspects of it and then someone to rig the parts of it together so that it moves the way it should.
2. Most VTubers either use a webcam or most commonly an IPhone with a program called VTube studios so that their models follow their face and expressions because iPhone apparently have very good face tracking.
3. Impressively you did pronounce everything correctly 😂
4. wasn't necessairly asked but the main reason Vtubing remains relatively unknown to many is because English Vtubers are only like maybe 3-4 years old. There are maybe 2-3 English Vtubers who can say they have been doing it for 5 plus years but the a lot of the OG and largest Vtubers are from Japan and was one of the things to make it's way over along with Anime
Adding on to the first point, I believe Enna is actually part of one of the few waves (basically her debut generation) that auditioned for a pre-drawn character. So while other Nijisanji VTubers were involved in the development of their design, iirc correctly, Enna along with the rest of Ethyria (Nina Kosaka, Reimu Endou, Milli Parfait) auditioned while this design was already finished.

Of course! personally I never expected to fall down the Vtuber rabbit hole but almost 2 years after discovering this side of youtube I can say that I am so happy and have found some amazing content creators because of it :)
This STRONGLY reminds me of when I used to hang out on Second Life a lot, and several people I know had concerts where they basically did this, but in 3D, and their audience was also all avatars. :)

actually she got requested to sing a song for a game recently. the song's called Blossom Deep Eyes and is on her channel which i think you should also listen to because its a beautiful jazzy/blues style that she does *amazing* things with

Yeah this same girl was blanking out on her stream for moments too long for comfort and still managed to smash the song of Adelle. She has so many songs out there you can just browse her and see how talented this bird hater is.

IIRC, she was throwing back soju shots in between songs during this stream and she got drunk in like, 30 minutes LOL. Also, her speaking voice is _completely different_ from her singing voice because she especially worked on making it less nasal than normal.
enna has an amazing voice with quite the range! you should check out her original song called Birds Of Time and her cover of God-ish! They show off her range quite well!

Enna's singing was what basically introduced me to the vtuber world and I got interested in other livers too.
I recommend Chima Machita's songs and covers. She's in NijiJP so I don't follow her as much as those in NijiEN but I lover her singing!

You really need to react more Nijisanji En livers singing, they are all so talented 😊 (“Nijisanji En” is a Vtuber company she works in)
Some more Vtubers you should react to is Ironmouse (she has an amazing opera voice), Nerissa Ravencroft (especially her cover of Aishite), Hoshimachi Suisei (japanese only, but still incredible).

4:51 Vtuber normally use an phone with good tracking camera in next to the screens. They connect it to a studio called vtuber studio and it tracks their movements.
