I really enjoyed the video, helped me paint my first Tau models. Instead of the Thousand Son Blue, I used Mephiston Red. Mine did not turn out near as good as yours. I would like to know if you have any tips or suggestions on brushes and wet pallets? I have been using some cheap synthetic brushes and a plastic pallet and feel maybe I should be using different brushes and that a wet pallet will help keep my paints thins.

I'm glad it helped. You can make your own wet palette before going out and buying one, the one I sure is made of sponge wipes that you might use for household cleaning and baking paper. I'm actually planning to do a video on wet palettes in the near future.
I think synthetic brushes are fine, I use them a lot for base coating and getting paint on the model, it is nice to have a few sable brushes as they have different properties. You could pick up a couple from the art store for a reasonable price but depending on the brand they can be quite expensive. I think Raphaels are a nice but Daler Rowney do some nice ones and are a wee bit cheaper at least in the UK
