Good tip about the bars. The demo ride had me thinking, "dang, these are close". I have "knuckle dragger" long arms, being 6'3". They don't factory build for us tall boys. (Add to the list... extended seat, ext reach hwy pegs, KW taller windscreen. CHA CHING)
Watched the video, purchased the exact same products as described. Connected as described and all was good to go UNTIL I stopped for lunch. Saddled back up and the infotainment system could not, would not reconnect. I disconnected the harness and reconnected it. Nope. I scrolled through every configuration imaginable. Nope. Tapped Apple CarPlay. It buffered then quit. Screen says “Connection successful” but I got nothing. Am I supposed to manually delete the harness from my settings EACH TIME I RIDE? Good god. What a joke and waste of money.
You can also add an BCLink 2-in-1 so u can have the Bluetooth going and still have port to charge phone.

Oh yeah, you need to put the snowmobile risers and moto bars on like everyone else. Get in line. Make another cookie cutter bagger. I'll be glad to see that fad end.
I saw a video on here of a guy putting a flush license plate bracket with an LED plate light built in, looked really sharp.
I work with a few guys from work who love this bike and they rave about how good it rides. I just think the road glide looks like it has a kitchen sink on the front end. I got the street glide.
I love my 2024 Road Glide so far. My favorite feature....being able to increase the throttle sensitivity and pull the front wheel in 2nd gear with ease now with my custom ride mode!

Great stuff, John. I’m gonna do this for my 2024. I did get these through your link in appreciation for you doing this video. Even though my Cardo picks it up when I turn it on I’m not always using that. It does stink a little bit because you lose your power, but not a big deal to get CarPlay so easy.
Bars look good. It's about time Harley started putting taller bars on their touring bikes. I have a 2020 Road Glide Limited and I believe the bars are around 11" but will be getting some taller bars soon. Nice bike you have there!
