You guys have really encouraged me to go Keto. I have been on Keto for one month. Went in for my 3 month checkup. Bloodwork was excellent. Cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, etc, were the best I’ve ever had. Doctor was amazed. I actually sent a contractor working on my house home with your cookbook, and some printouts. Will be ordering it again. Keto rocks! By the way, I’m 69, soon to be 70. I’m also walking two miles per day.

Just made a low oxalate coconut flour version of this!
    2T Butter
4T Sour Cream ( used sour Kefir I made with half and half)
    3 large eggs
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup of shredded cheddar
1/4 chopped raw onions (my addition!)

Started Keto on March 1st this year, was at 275lbs (I'm 6'4"). After just 1 month, dropped 20lbs, even without counting calories at all, ate a lot just to see if the hoopla is justified (it IS). Anyway, stopped using carb manager after 2 months, with help from recipes here it really isn't necessary, you just know if you aren't getting enough fat or too many carbs.
So, today, I weighed myself, what, 6 months later, and am 216lbs. Wowz, awesome! I just hope I don't keep losing lol, I feel great and look good, even though online sources say I should be like 190lbs, there is no way, I'll be a skeleton at that weight, I think 210lbs is where I want to stay.

@@zehraquadri8312 as long as you're in keto your body will burn fat even if you eat all the calories you need per day. Just make sure you get your fat content and snack on fat snacks only, and no need to worry about calories. After a few weeks you'll lose the hunger and you'll only eat when hungry, and when you notice the weight loss it'll drive you to succeed. Good luck.

Those looking amazing! I am going to give those a try with some Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Those might even be great in a keto biscuits and gravy dish.
Thank you so much for sharing!!
