- Tea
Ingredients
1. Water - 1 litre (4 cups)
2. Milk - 1 cup
3. Tea (approx.) - 5 tsp
4. Sugar - to taste
Preparation
1. Boil the water, put off flame, stir the water well.
2. Add the tea & keep it as such closed for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Meanwhile boil the milk if fresh or heat if already boiled.
4. Add the sugar to hot milk & stir.
5. Then decant the tea into it & beat by pouring from a height a few times till it froths.
Serve immediately.

I like her son's kind of tea the English tea.
I prepared this tea today. The flavour of tea is nicely infused. I only had problem with the proportion. 1:4 turned out to be too loose for me. I will improvise it to 1:1 or 1:1.5 ratio.
