- One of my greatest wishes of my life to have a home with lot of open space and various trees around and a calm, peaceful place away from city crowd and self-sustain home. This is my home where I would like to spend my life after retirement. Whenever I visit this place, I feel to stay here forever. It's very close to my heart and this is my retirement home.
Your retirement home is a paradise! It’s so green and serene. I love the garden and the view. It looks like a place where you can connect with nature and yourself. You are living the life I aspire to. 🌿

Every month, keep aside atleast 10% of your monthly rent income, for the repairing and mentenance of this house. Because, its a huge house, and sudden expenses will burden you. So, keep aside some amount, on monthly basis, to keep this beautiful house, as beautiful forever.
You are so simple. I suggest you to install paver block in place of tile in vacant place.

The Banana plantation has so many medicinal benefits like you rightly said in SI a banana plant is completely used leaves are used to eat food on it, the stem is used to make vegetables dal kootu, and juice which has benefits in detoxification of the lever and kidney.Banana fruit is rich in nutriants.
Oh yes.. it's such a great plant, one if my favorite dish is prepared from Banana stem

Please don't increase the tiles area on the ground floor. Let there be open soil. It's very important for environment. Rain water should get soaked in the soil from that area. The bigger the area, the better for everyone.
