⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蘿蔔鯽魚湯 材料: 鯽魚1條(約1斤) 白蘿蔔1個(約1斤) 芹菜1札或芫荽 薑1舊 豆腐1磚 處理: 1. 鯽魚,打鱗,清除內臟,清水洗乾淨,在魚身的兩面輕手各𠝹3刀,擎乾水。 2. 豆腐,清水洗乾淨,切細舊。 3. 白蘿蔔,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切片。 4. 薑,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切片。 5. 芹菜,切去根部,清水洗乾淨,切碎。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油3湯匙。 2. 放魚落鑊的一邊,轉中慢火,繼續煎。 3. 放薑片,一齊煎。 4. 魚的一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。 5. 放豆腐煎香,一面已煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。 6. 轉大火,加入大滾水2升半,大火滾起,加入白蘿蔔,滾15分鐘。 7. 加入芹菜,滾2分鐘。 8. 完成,可享用。 Crucian carp soup with white radish Ingredients: Crucian carp 1 No. (About 1 catty) White radish 1 No. (About 1 catty) Celery a bunch Ginger 1 No. Tofu 1 cube Preparation: 1. Crucian carp, get it scaled. Remove intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Lightly make 3 cuts on each side of the fish. Drain. 2. Tofu, rinse with tap water. Cut in pieces. 3. The radish, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Get it sliced. 4. Ginger, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Get it sliced. 5. Celery, cut off roots. Rinse with tap water. Chop well. Steps: 1. Heat up 3 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Put fish at the edge of wok. Turn to medium~low flame and continue frying. 3. Put ginger slices and continue frying. 4. The fish, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 5. Put tofu, fry well, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 6. Turn to high flame, add in 2.5L of boiled~up water. Heat up at high flame. Add in the radish and cook for 15 minutes. 7. Add in celery, cook for 2 minutes. 8. Complete.
