You don't look that old. How in the hell did you learn so much? I mean, dude - math , physics, chemistry, biochemistry - and all in great detail and with utter clarity. I'm impressed to say the least.

First when I found your videos I was like "wow, that's a wall of text behind him. I might as well just read the textbook. However, you really go through everything in a very understandable way so even a slow person like me now understand ROS.
    Great job from Stockholm, Sweden!

Thanks for the great video! This was very informative about reactive oxygen species. It´s interesting that ROS are also an important part of signalling cascades involved in muscular hypertrophy, also indicating their necessity in maintaining redox balance during muscular adaptations.

I like your channel. You save my life.
Most of your videos explain what I'm struggling in Metabolic Mechanism course.
There are some parts I couldn't find in your channel but I'll make a note about them. You may make a video or help me to find one.

Tbh universities are overrated, they'd do the bare minimum and still get all our money without getting our concepts clear, but sir, you've solved my months of complicated topics in some minutes. Thankyou so much sir

Great lecture, thanks for the info, it is excellent. I do have one question, why is it that during periods of hypoxia more free radicals are produced? I understand there is less O2 to accept electrons and thus form water but what radical is formed if oxygen is not present? This would help to describe a response I have found in during my thesis. Thanks again for the info.
    Kind regards,
    Scott

I was trying to find out if ingesting food grade hydrogen peroxide was good or toxic to the liver. Specifically can it help if you have liver disease. However, I have no science or chemistry background and now just confused. Maybe this has nothing to do with what I'm looking?
