By the way, did you guys know, Rajinikanth Sir actually started out his career playing small character roles, and then spent many years playing a villain, before he could get the hero roles. He used all this time as the character artist and villain to hone his style to get the "badass" impressions with his cigarette-popping and other styles. He started literally from the bottom of the industry (in terms of roles given), and rose to the very top.
Did you guys recognised Bahubali Sivagami is the lady acted in this movie as Neelambari ( Ramya Krishnan)
You missed the important scene neelambari placing her foot on Soundarya's face. It became big talk of the town back then. Soundaya was like a lady superstar specially in tollywood and many telugu fans didn't like that scene later she calmed her fans saying it's just a acting and no one should take it personally. Gem of a person she was 💔

Hey guys... You should watch Rajnikanth's movie 'Baba'... Its a 2002 movie... Don't miss it... It is full of mystical elements. It gained a cult following since then... The film was re-released on December 2022.

But the climax was really boring. After losing his mother Rajinikanth decided to choose spiritual life rather than to choose material life. But after the death of CM he is immediately changing his mind. The CM's death was unnecessary which make the film flop
@@harikrishnank1312 I know. Even Rajini sir's hardcore fans became livid with the movie. They have destroyed the theatre screens after watching the movie. Same thing happened with Kuselan movie. The team promoted Rajini sir as the protagonist but, the actual hero was Pasupathi. Audience felt utterly cheated!
