Wigglytuff getting pumped was always so funny to me as a kid. Since you brought it up, an Appraise All option would be a good QOL change if they remade this game. Northern Desert, even as a Piplup, always felt like a big turn in the difficulty for this game. The sandstorms, the grimy traps, all the Pokémon having hard hitting moves. The quicksand at the end of the dungeon seemed so scary as a kid. Also, freaking Bidoof with his crystal 😆

I love Bidoof and his crystal. And I was playing a rom hack of the game that added an Appraise All option and it was so nice. And this dungeon was definitely a step up. I wonder if they did that intentionally since this is really where the game starts to pick up
