Homestead Garden HOUSEPLANT Tour - Ep. 368

- I was down in Davidsonville, MD again at Homestead Gardens to give a presentation-not on houseplants this time-but on ways to bring biodiversity to your lawn and creative ways to lawnscape, which is a topic I like to cover on our sister channel @FlockFingerLakes
Homestead Gardens is a very cool independent garden center, curating all sorts of lifestyle and home decor products, garden lifestyle, plants, and more, so I figured I’d meet up with their garden supervisor to take us on a quick tour of their houseplant selection.

Hi Summer Rayne, I'm so sorry I missed seeing you at the lecture, but I'm so happy you revisited Maryland and the nursery. I'm born and raised in Maryland and still living here. I've been to the nursery a few times, and it's do beautiful. ❤
Absolutely loved the flood table! Gotta build one of those... great plant store!
Thanks for sharing
I loved your lecture!! Thanks so much for coming back to Maryland! ❤️❤️
ollas work amazing. Especially outdoor veg gardens or planters.
Thanks again for the video, Carlina and SRO. I compliiment you with all due respect, the dress looks ‘dope’ on you. Peace!
Such a wonderful greenhouse.
Awesome collection and greenhouse too. Greeting froom Indonesia 🇮🇩😁
I used to use the terra cotta pot method of keeping the medium moist for all types of Pelargonium cuttings. I stoped up the bottom hole with floral sticky clay and put the pot in the middle of a larger pot (usually an azalea pan). I filled the middle pot with water and it would keep the rooting medium moist but not saturated.
I’ve been growing the Aglaonema ‘Bamboo’ for a few years. The linear shaped foliage with chevron markings and white stems are striking. Not your typical Ag.
Definitely a destination garden center!
First . Hi summer. Nice show
Nice video content
I do like the dress you were wearing in this video.
Video hay❤❤❤
7:26 isn't that a Monstera Peru? Or has it been renamed?
Yeah I was thinking the same thing.
Goepertia keggeljani? wasn't it Calthea Mosaica?!
About 200 species of calathea were reclassified to goeppertia
