I took some footage at an old fashioned apple butter boil at the Green Hills Sewing Club in Harrisonville, PA. They do this every year as a fundraiser for the club during the Fulton Fall Folk Festival. #pennsylvania #apple #folkfestival #applebutter

When I was growing up in the 60s/70s there was an older couple that lived up the street from us that used to make apple butter like that. It was and still is the best apple butter I've ever eaten.

Yes, I have been impressed with the quality of this apple butter. Perhaps it's the copper kettle and open fire.
