You have 12 whole cloves as one of the ingredients, do you blend that with all the spices or do I just leave out? I didn’t see it being put in with all the other ingredients 😢

All chilis have different temperament and flavor.

these are dried chilies so they don’t need toasting. I think they just need to be deseeded and remove the stem.
Not toasted for this recipe. Deseed and rehydrate in the water.
