Boiled ( Matta ) Rice. Need to be soaked in warm water for 4 hours to 5 hours. In cooker fill the soaked rice after well washing. Put the lid and keep on slow flame for 10 Minutes. After cooling take the boiled rice. You will save more than 60% of the gas consumption and time

Soaking wont decrease the cooking time for parboiled rice. U can use cooker if u want it quick
