First A&W Canada restaurant walkthrough before move

This is an interior walkthrough of the very first A&W Canada location in Winnipeg on Portage Avenue, showcasing trinkets, photographs, and the general layout throughout the restaurant in its final weeks. This was done in January 2015, with the restaurant moving just down the street next to Sturgeon Avenue in April 2015 after being in the same spot since its opening in 1956.
The old location was demolished in April/May after closing at the end of March, and in its place today is an equally fitting replacement in the form of a Wendy's, which filled a void that was left in the west St. James area for almost a decade when they left their Cavalier Dr location in the mid-2000s.
