I read Debbie Reynolds autobiography BUT NEVER Fisher's autobiography - he has no excuse at all abandoning his two small children that Debbie had to raise alone, she put ALL the blame on Fisher for the marriage breakup, NOT Taylor.
But years later, Debbie forgave him.

I'm Italian American and loved Woody's books and movies in my youth right away. It wasn't until I moved to NYC that I realized my humor was based in my Italian Culture from my Father and Aunts and Uncles. The Jewish and Italians have a similar sense of humor. I don't like Woody the person but I understand his schtick.

I recently read that Virginia Rappe had been dealing with a persistent urinary tract infection. Her alcohol consumption acerbated the condition. At the time, there were no antibiotics with which to treat UTIs. If she was engaging in sexual activity, this would also aggravate the condition. There is now believed the infection and resulting damage caused by the less than adequate treatment at the time contributed to her death.

You know what that does now so you can imagine back then. Even though he was not charged, he lost his celebrity as most people understood that he was “raping” her and ultimately caused her death.

Imagine, Chaplin, an immigrant, being kicked out of the US. He had a job too! Scandalous!! (sarcasm)
I did an English paper in college on Arbuckle. His entire life had so much tragedy. Rappe had had a botched abortion days before that party, which wasn't wild but, they were drinking alcohol and it was bootlegged because The Prohibition Act was going on. Arbuckle did all he could for her even wanting to take her to a hospital (she may have been bleeding out). But, Rappe declined as she was trying to become a Hollywood star and didn't want a scandal of having an abortion (illegal at the time) as well as drinking it up (which was also illegal).

Considering that they were as popular in Buddhist Japan as they were in the West, yes, MORE people probably were fans of the Beatles. We need to change all deaths to tratic or tragically so we can all be on the same page. Someone who lived a full life and died in his or her sleep needs to be labeled tragic. All deaths are tragic so death=tragic. We've lost track of what makes something tragic so every death is tragic. Lived a live to 110 with 100 grandchildren, what a tragic death. Became a dictator and caused the deaths of millions of people, what a tragic death. Caused WWIII and died as a result, what a tragic death. #1) I always feel angry toward narrators and/or the narrative script, as exampled in this video, when they have to constantly resort to saying one of the most tired cliches that is so greatly overused whenever there's a video of this nature, one that primarily focuses on the lives of people. That most annoying word is "iconic." (And we can say the same thing about the cliched word "enigmatic.") What this reveals to me is the level of stupidity applied in the writing of the narrative, and whoever writes them has an obviously limited vocabulary. They don't know how to use a thesaurus, that's a book of synonyms, which is a book of words that are similar to each other, to find fresher, more original descriptors to replace these two tired, miserable forms of : "icon" and "iconic." It's a cheap shot at trying to be literate, when in fact, it's just pure laziness and stupidity regarding valuing eloquence and originality in language usage! #2) Lose the background music. It's annoying in the choice of what is being played, and it is also annoyingly repetitious, being on this kind of "loop" throughout the video that can start driving you crazy after a bit, if you can make it all the way through this less-than-desirable video presentation in the first place! I've heard elevator music and put-on-hold-while-on-the-phone music that's far better than what's being played as background music in this video!

There are a lot of videos from 1966 that deal with issue of John Lennon in the racist south. One of the main reasons they decided to stop touring was because of how unhinged a portion of southerners were at the time. I’m sure they are normal now…..right? They have to be better…right?

It's Soo date en land and Reef en stahl.
