Getting real for a second, I was not watching Doki during the time the she was in a "different life" so to speak. Learning about her this past February however was incredible. This was the year that I fully accepted being a vtuber fan and cared less about how people thought about me for having my interests. I was already feeling down as I was still just recovering from my first big instance of loss in my life from August 2023. Hearing how the original situation for you turned out left me shocked and lead to an immediate sense of disgust. But hearing how you dealt with it and was able to easily bounce back and soon take back basically everything that you once had, and in a way helped me to get through some of the same feelings that I felt in the previous year. 2024 for me still definitely was not the greatest and still gave a rough hand, but I had yet another community that I find some kind of comfort in. And watching this stream, although definitely not watching you from the beginning, made me emotional and I don't feel ashamed to admit that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Doki, for the laughs, the cries and the memorable moments. Here's to 2025 being a true brand new start

I literally shed tears when she said that.
Getting real for a second, I was not watching Doki during the time the she was in a "different life" so to speak. Learning about her this past February however was incredible. This was the year that I fully accepted being a vtuber fan and cared less about how people thought about me for having my interests. I was already feeling down as I was still just recovering from my first big instance of loss in my life from August 2023. Hearing how the original situation for you turned out left me shocked and lead to an immediate sense of disgust. But hearing how you dealt with it and was able to easily bounce back and soon take back basically everything that you once had, and in a way helped me to get through some of the same feelings that I felt in the previous year.
2024 for me still definitely was not the greatest and still gave a rough hand, but I had yet another community that I find some kind of comfort in. And watching this stream, although definitely not watching you from the beginning, made me emotional and I don't feel ashamed to admit that. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Doki, for the laughs, the cries and the memorable moments. Here's to 2025 being a true brand new start
