I expect you'll receive a lot more calls in the future mate, whole roof and facade could do with ripping up and redoing. I would of recommended that after first inspection, I hope your call backs were not part of a warranty for your sake lol.
That's the point. Most guys want to rip everything off, and start over. It makes no sense. The roof is in very good condition. The flashing is always the problem. Caulking flashing on a wall or chimney is the worst, regardless ripping off a roof and installing a new one. Everyone does the flashing the same way. I have been sealing and fixing others flashing for the last 40 years.
From your speech, I guess you are an Aussie? Not much rain there mate. lol Where I live we have the highest rainfall in the entire country.

Ok Mr Limey. Lol I noticed on TH-cam videos how different you guys do roofing. I like it, but what I teach is fixing bleaks a simple and easy way without all the expenses. My son is the opposite of me. He likes to rip things off, and restart from scratch. Not everyone can afford that.

Thanks again! This have happened many time in my career. I have a leak on a metal roof in Pittsfield Mass. A 9 hour drive for me. I have repaired all the leaks on a 200, 000 sq ft roof, but for 1. I have been driving this 9 hour trip for over a year now. Approximately 20 trips on this 1 leak. I can't find the problem. Going again there in 2 weeks.

Glad to help. I wish I knew about Turbo Poly Seal when I started roofing 40 years ago. The only product I used for repairs was Karnak 81 Trowel Grade. I still use it, but not as much.

you are right. I already made 15 Nine hour trips one way for a leak I can't seem to find. I wish you were there to help find it. More eyes needed.
