McLaren and Williams have 2 great rookies in F2, Bortoleto and Colapinto who are performing much better than Bearman and Antonelli. Future looks great, but there are some deadweigths on the current grid :Bottas, Perez, Zhou, KMag, Ricci, Stroll ( even if Alonso is faking it atm and lets himself get beaten to make Lance look competent) and Sargeant. All these 7 guys shouldn't be anywhere near F1 next season. Ric can go feed the kangaroos in AUS together with Perez, Bottas has a future career in OnlyFans and the rest can go NASCAR or Indy.
That be great if you can organise it all 7 of them I would be able to enter them in the donkey derby for the vintage weekend in my town. Might have to get some days practice in before the race. Some of these are really fast and sharp in corner not simple. 🙈👍👻🤣

You can't isolate the car from the driver. Max isn't suddenly a worse driver because his car isn't as dominant as it has been and he didn't win the last couple of races. Lewis wasn't suddenly a bad driver because he didn't win for 900+ days. Prema don't have a good car this year - that why neither Bearman nor Antonelli's results have matched previous years.
Trust the F1 testing and the opinions of those that are testing them.
They are both rated highly because the people evaluating them are able to separate the performance of the driver from the performance of the car.
@@peterthomas5792 you cannot compare F1 to F2 , it's totally different . F2 is a spec series . Sure Prema are not as good as they used to be but the differences in performance are minimal and I still havent seen any brilliance from Antonelli this season . Maybe he needs more time . Regarding testing ... Ric tested the RB19 last year and they said his times where close to Max's . They put him next to Tsunoda and he's beaten properly . People are rating Antonelli as the new Verstappen , I 've been watching F2 and I cannot see anything close to Max's level from 2014-2015 .

Yeah, but you haven't seen his F1 tests when he was ahead of Russell in race pace, and Bearman has been confirmed for F1 despite "showing nothing" in F2.
Don't you perhaps wonder why they're valued so highly? Should you consider that others doing the evaluation have more information than you do?
Let's see if he displaces Sargeant mid-season and how he stacks up against Albon in the final race or three.
@@peterthomas5792 testing is testing , racing is a different thing . there has been quite a bit of hype around Kimi , I personally have been more impressed with Bortoleto who is the F3 champion from last year and I can see why while watching him in F2 , he has a good chance to win F2 as a rookie , that is usually a sign of being a great driver as history taught us , Leclerc , Russell , Piastri , these are all guys that won F3 and F2 back to back as rookies .
Whoever said Lewis is an engine merchant has watched f1 for a short time lol Schumacher and Alonso had the same engine and didn’t win with Mercedes/mclaren , and the dude James saying when Lewis thinks for himself doesn’t win that that is a clear hater unbelievable to say that about one of the best mental drivers ever
