    I’ve done 5 of them. Five roasts I bought, trimmed, cut into steaks with the grain, salted only, cutthen reverse seared on a pellet grill. My favorite now, and I also converted about 10 people. My better half asked me to do one for valentines instead of going out. Afraid to try anything but salt because of how good it was with just salt added about 10 hours before cooking. Thanks for spreading the word. I like that it is cheap in Dallas, but I can’t find it many places. I have to go to specialty butchers to get mine. Prices have ranged from $6.99-12.99/lb. all cuts I’ve gotten so far have been prime I think. Some places didn’t say and I didnt ask. Guga got me onto this. Great man.

      dont add salt to before just before it goes on, it begins the cooking process......this is what i was taught in brazil

    I did a baby back rib comparison with your cow cover and dirty bird hot and Mullet man's new red rub and the same bbq sauce for both and yours was the best by far man...delicious

    I didn’t have access to the same cut but used a center cut sirloin so I missed out on the fat. While I cooked it just right, the real winner was the chimichurri sauce, awesome!

    Secrets out! Picanha is awesome! And still affordable. Choice is fantastic, never had the SRF stuff. It's amazing how tender this cut is considering its from the round. Trick is how you cut it. Trouble finding it? Check your local Latina supermarkets. You'll find other cool cuts like flap steaks (way better than skirt). Thank me later..

    man oh man i love picanha. luckily where i live we have a big brazilian population so we have brazilian markets that will sell for sometimes as low as $4 a pound

    KOSMO I CHALLENGE YOU! you said in a recent video that you can grill well on anything and proceeded to cook some tomahawks to perfection on the $19 Walmart grill and now if that is the case you should be able to smoke on anything too! I wanna see you smoke a brisket or a rack of ribs on the same $19 dollar grill bc if what you said is true and you can grill on anything you should be able to smoke on anything too!
