That's pretty cool that they include the right kind of Loctite (222 I believe) for the screws. WISE has become one of the more interesting micro-brands for me. If I wanted a flyer GMT I'd choose the Miyota 9075, and it would probably come down to WISE vs. Jack Mason. I'd love to have a 904L watch in my collection, and there I'd be choosing between BALL and WISE.

This GMT looks like it sits in your wrist, like my father, in his old Lazy Boy Recliner. This was such a solid review on this GMT and its Wise brand. I have recently discovered this brand, a few days ago. After this review, I have even more of an appreciation for this Tech-spec' packed Beauty!! It actually has an ORIGINAL design! I am really happy you placed it next to your sweet AF Sub'. Further visual proof, ZERO clone. Also an owner of the ADX120 and it's an eyecatcher. It's one of two WISE timepieces I have and they do not disappoint at all! It's an industry sleeper. I'd love to visit or see a video of their watches being assembled and tested.
Wow. Saw the one with the gold bezel. Ordered one. Interesting tactic they use though, $200 off first time you try adding it to your cart. Next time, less discount. I noticed if I go back now it's $1540, not $1,500.
What a timely video for me. I’m considering purchasing one; the sunburst gray dial with gray/ black bezel or green/black one. Now you have me considering this model too…😂 I’m a female w/6” wrist and WISE told me the fit would be fine. I’m looking forward to your macro shots! The WISE YT video wasn’t very impressive with the bezel you showed; the brown looked dull & coppery.
Very good looking watch. Really like the whole design and the dial is interesting. It's understandable that the GMT hand is just hitting the inner ring. Well worth the price. Only things I'd add is some taper on the bracelet, and a nice engraved caseback. The Miyota isn't really worth displaying. The lume is very impressive. I do like a good lume performance. I think for under 1k, this watch is worth it to buy. Its a GMT,looks luxury enough and that dial is simple i really like it. Unlike some gmt watch there's so many number on the dial which make it looks messy, well that's my opinion about this😅. Thanks to this channel, i just learn about this brand today.
Lovely watch, I own a Wise and they are great watches..But..if your buying form the UK don’t forget to add 20% to the price…it make the value proposition a little tighter ino, ..but still a lovely watch and maybe still good value with the additional 20%

Ive started a collection of watches under $1000. Every box is either a different size or not rectangular, and its getting annoying because you cannot stack them on top of each other nor can you shelve them like books. Its more ridiculous if you want to see the box before buying it, right? im looking for a box maker where i can buy 50 boxes, stack them like books and pick one box off the rack when i want one for a particular event. Is that sensible?
The "ADX" version showing on their website DOES NOT look the same as the watch you are showing. Their ADX shows a copper color metal surrounding around the dial markers and the hour/minute hands, and the date window. The watch you are showing does not seem to have the copper surrounds... which has the effect of making the watch look much cleaner, crisper, and more expensive. What happened..??
I'm pretty much in agreement with you, but ultimately have to say that I far prefer the design of the AD8. Nkt that this is badly done. Not at all. I prefer it to the Rolex, but the additional time zone with a pretty promounced bezel makes it all quite busy for my taste. I woudl tend to agree, though, that probably the AD8 would be even better with just a couple of brushed accents. That would really finish it off 8n accordance with its genre, as they did on the bronzes. Except for that, arguably the only thing I prefer on this ADX is the hour hand. I'm perfectly fine with AD8's hour hand, but knowing it could have been shaped like this, I think that would be even better. I also very much like the crown guards here, but they wouldn't be right on the AD8. I guess, for me, I wouldn't decide to swap watches just to have differentiating finish from a brand, but then you seem quite enthusiastic about all the ADX represents.
It is regulated and while I can't speak for this watch specifically (yet), my Wise Hitman watch came in at about +0.33 seconds a day when I first got it.

This example is under a second a day late, which means I can keep it pretty much spot on by taking it off at night and laying it on its back (as that speeds it up to regain that fraction of a second lost)
They havent tried very hard to make it not like a GMT II nave they? My biggext question would be, who's idea was it to have a Black and Brown bezel? Does this model also have a nickname like Dark & Milk?
The color scheme is known as the root beer. I agree the case and the bezel say Rolex but the dial resembles the Oris Aquis. Taste is opinion of course but I really like this love child of the two watches.
Wow this is a very nice sharp looking watch. Beautiful. Would have been killer on a better bracelet - jubilee styled or beads of rice or something of that sort, and tapering

I have the Wise in 904L steel (what Rolex uses) and upgraded movement and it's probably best deal going in microbrands.
Lovely piece. Taper to 16mm and fully brushed bracelet and I would pull the trigger!
I'm guessing it's not glue but Loctite, which is something that bands like Sinn do also provide. It's a nice touch nevertheless.

If this watch had a very accurate movement in it, such as the ones Tudor uses from Kenissi Manufacture, I’d buy it ASAP.

Beautiful watch and excellent finish. Unfortunately 904L scratches too easily. A deal breaker for someone who is not careful like me...

There's a limited edition version with a green dial that comes on a curved ends rubber strap instead.
