    Thank you for putting this together. It was very informative and gave me some great ideas on how to build places to direct the birds to land. Now I can build the shot rather than leave it up to the birds. I also appreciate the idea of creating an environment conducive to bird activity. I live in the Atlanta area and occasionally travel to NGA for a variety of reasons. I will follow you on your website and maybe one day we will cross paths.

    I hadn't thought about quiet mode. That is a great tip. Do you know if it slows down the frame rate any? I am in upstate SC (Seneca Area) and have a similar setup. In our 26 years, the birds have been one of the greatest joys of being here. One other question. We have barred owls all around us but I am never able to find them in the daytime to get a photo. Any tips for spotting them? Do they favor a certain type of tree for their daytime roost?
