- Hello and welcome back to my channel! I vlogged my week in my life on chemo and radiation for stage 3 colorectal cancer. I wanted to film this to help someone out there who is going to go through it or who knows someone who will be going through treatments. Thank you guys for watching and subscribing. You have helped me get through this journey a little easier 💙

You are totally going to beat this. I don't have a single doubt in my mind. My boyfriend had the exact same Cancer. Your treatment so far is identical to his. He started with the Chemo pill and radiation. Then he had the ostomy surgery and started IV chemo, then he had his reversal surgery. His hair only very slightly thinned. One year later, he is completely Cancer free. You will be too. We stayed positive throughout the entire process and I truly think that helped. Looking forward to your next video. Stay strong.

Hi Vanessa, I know and understand what your going through with chemotherapy if you rememberwhen i told you I was Diagnosed on
8/16/2019 with stage 3 rectum colon cancer and my Believe in God was strong so on 8/17/2020 my doctor gave me the news that my Tumor, mask, and cancer was all gone. by the grace of God and you being strong you got this. I will have 1 more Surgery if they don't fine anything then I'm done. So beautiful woman I'm sending angels your way cause we all Believe in you 😇 and when you feel weak just remember you got this.

I was on xeloda. I did not lose my hair. It thinned slightly. I was supposed to be on it for 4 months. But to be safe I took it for 6. I had breast cancer. Im fine now. The beauty of xeloda is that you can get chemo and rads at the same time. You will be fine. At least for me, xeloda was extremely tolerable. Some people get irritated skin on their hands but not me. You look gorgeous. I am praying for you, sending you positivity and good vibes and energy. Much love and respect. Fight on.

Hello my name is Consuela. I enjoy your content and always look forward to it. I personally have had cancer three times. Hodgkin’s lymphoma, breast cancer and Thyroid cancer. I beat it every time. So I know you will kick cancer but because girls ROCK💪🏽. Thank you so much for sharing it’s bittersweet for me. Your beautiful always how you not that. Praying for you! I just finished 8 cycles of Xeloda yesterday for breast cancer. I found peppermint oil in the diffuser helped with my nausea. At night I would use lavender and peppermint. Also peppermint candy helped. Towards my 6th cycle I started cbd only gummies and they just worked great for me. I was told to wait 30 minutes after eating to take the meds to prevent nausea and GI issues. Hope you get some relief!
Thank you and yes I started using peppermint in my diffuser and tend to switch out scents so I won’t get tired of it and baths ! For sure baths
I couldn’t finish my chemo/radiotherapy course as I had a toxic reaction . I was so upset having got to 19 out of 25 but my Dr said it’s not an exact science - some people react better worse and may get a therapeutic disease from less treatment. I’m 12 yrs out from my first cancer ( colon) and over 5 from my second ( cervical ).
That was one of my fears going into this was I didn’t know how my body was going to react. 12 years!! 👏🏼 and 5 years! That’s amazing. 💙

💙 my mom got diagnosed in 2016 with stage three and has a permanent stoma because her tumor was very low. She’s going on four years of being Cancer free you got this girl !!! It’s a long emotional journey 💙💙
Mine is low too soooo I’m hoping I don’t have a permanent one but either way I’m ok with it. As long as I see my babies grow up 💙🙏🏼

She’s going on her 5 year mark in February it took some time but now she says it’s apart of her she has her moments here and there but she adjusts I help her change it every week. Oh my I’m glad I found your channel. I’ve had some blood in stool and always contributed it to eating something that causes inflammation or irritated something but I think I’ll be checking with my doctor just to be sure

Happy to be one year cancer free after stage 3 colon, right away I drank ginger ale, especially on an empty stomach and it really helped.

Also you could get organic ginger chews. And imo they worked super fast and we're very affective. Everyone is different but ginger worked better than most OTC stuff. Love your vanity and more than that, your modesty. You're a very humble person and so amazing. I'm so glad I found your channel. You got yourself another follower.

My brother was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer last year before thanksgiving 😭😭 he is done with all his treatments and surgery 🙏🙏🙏 hang in there dear it will go all well 🙏🙏❤️❤️ exloda will dry your feet and hands so make sure you oil them both everyday and wear soaks

Make sure hon you keep ginger candy, or ginger ale, it also helps with nausea. And get some aqua 4 to help your skin not burn. Rest when ever you can, drink tons of water, and ask your onco about zolfran for nausea. I didn't have radiation, but I had friends who did. Praying for you and your family. Very proud of you. You got this
And yes, your sense of smell is heightened tremendously. So be careful with certain scents of things, it can cause nausea, and headaches. I didn't think it was a real thing, but if we went out to eat somewhere, I could smell if someone had milk or tomato juice. It was crazy. Chemo brain is very real as well. And please make sure to keep as many people away from you. You are becoming more immunal comprised. And keep a journal daily, write down how you feel, or what you're feeling. It helps a lot. Just some advice from a cancer survivor.
I’ve been taking ginger pills and they have helped a lot. And also taking zofran when it gets too overwhelming
