I've dropped logs before as well. Staying alert like you all were, is key. I would love to put my power feeds on that mill. You're getting the hang of those hydraulic controls. It'll take time. Wow that wood turned out nice. It sure is nice having good help. Great job guys. Excellent video. Have a great weekend. Jerry
Looks like you both had a great day. Definitely need to keep an eye on your help-- looked like he was really enjoying himself. Guessing his experience was on a circle mill. Nice piece of poplar, looking forward to the video on cutting the big 'un. You might consider calculating backwards to the slabbing cut so that the last log comes out without having to take a shim off of it.
Good Evening Sir 😇👍 Thank You Very Kindly For Your Honesty Video About What Can Happen If We Are Not Careful 🧐👌👍🙏Outstanding Team Work ( Sawmill operator, Helper and Videographer 🧐👍) Be Well and We Are In The Learning Curves 👍🧐👌Cheers 🍻🍻
@@TonysTractorAdventure Yes I totally agree with you my friend and we all know very sadly that some safety rules where written with blood of many others,,, 😢
Those big logs are a whole different ballgame! I have a similar size oak log waiting for me to get the equipment to move it. I need to quit watching you guys...that 474 sure does a nice job. I can't afford to be envious. 😂🤣
That was definitely a huge one! Good reflexes on everyone's part! Thank God no one was hurt! Thanks for sharing, Tony!

Thank you Joe.
Awesome stuff, as always, guys. It's like a big old dance sawing a big log

I would hate to hurt someone else out here. It can be dangerous.
