I want to comment about Katie still living at home.
I thinks it’s absolutely wonderful that you are able to be that close to your parents. As a divorced woman, I moved back into my parents home with my daughter. My folks took care of her while I worked to support my child and myself I couldn’t have done it without my parents and I was lucky enough to have them watch my daughter. It afforded me the opportunity to be able to work with peace of mind knowing that my little girl was well cared for. It also afforded me to be able to help my parents out financially I paid them rent just as I would anywhere else, my daughter is very close to her grandparents as is my other two kids all of which are grown now. I am 61 now and I am blessed to be able to live next-door to my parents. My father has Alzheimer’s now and I want to spend as much time as I can with them. My husband is wonderful and supporting and very helpful as well. I feel bad for people that are not close to their parents. family is the biggest gift of all& that’s one reason I like watching your videos., you know the importance of caring & loving one another. Looking forward to you both having your babies. I have a new grandbaby coming in April and they are indeed a blessing merry Christmas to all of you.
I agree. My 2 young adult sons live at home, and pay their share of the household bills. 1 is disabled. But we are a small family, and they can come and go as they please.

Could it be that those who have negative things to say , be jealous? My children and grand children live with me on and off
I am so happy when they do. On top of that things are so expensive that more families are going to be having to do that. Shame on all of you who criticize other folks living arrangements or howuch time Corrie spends with her family
I know someone that had her child move back home and pay rent. She kept it in a special account and when they moved out, gave that money back to them, which helped with their house down payment. I think that was such a nice gesture, if you can afford to do.

So many people don’t have close families, so, they can’t relate to yours. Why would you want to be anywhere else when you’re surrounded by the people who love you the most! I think it’s admirable and wonderful!
Enjoyed the video. It distressed me that people are sometimes critical. I think that you girls do what is right for you and your families. Whether it is Katie's living arrangements or whether Corie is at her house or her parents (remember she works for her mom 2 days a week), and we, the viewers are not with them 24/7. My parents was at dinner time and my family's tradition is whenever they can stop by. And I always leave my tree on Christmas eve

We adult girls always ate at our Folks' house, our Mom cooked our favs expecting that we'd be by to eat. I'm 69 and I do this for my kiddos, grands& now 2 great grands🎉❤😂

Corie to answer your question, yes this year has been moving very fast and you will find as you get older it will go into warp speed. I’m 77 years old and it flies by. So I say to both of you hold onto all those you love with all you can because one day you won’t have it. Cherish your Christmas with all your loved ones and may God Bless you all. Looking forward to seeing those two little boys coming into your lives. Thanks for sharing your lives with all of us. Give your granny lots of hugs and love she needs that we older ones love receiving those hugs.. Katie yes you are Blessed to have your family support. Love yall.

It is difficult for me to understand how anybody could criticize a loving family. Katie, my daughter still lives at home and we love it. It is her decision as well! Corey, glad to hear Austin does not allow negative comments to upset him. That is a good thing. Continue loving and being around each other because you will never regret it! 🩷🩷

Oh always!! I kept my first grandbaby every weekend, plus. I took her to church with me. She was like a play pretty for me. My daughter and her came back home when the relationship hit the skids. I loved that time. I’m close to and love all my grandbabies. But, she and I share a special bond to this day. She’s grown and is start her life. She called me mom when she was little. Every once in awhile, she’ll slip and call me mom. My heart skips a beat when she does.

My daughter graduated college in Virginia and moved back to Ohio with us until she got married! It was a glorious time! Her and her husband and two babies reside in Virginia but are here in Ohio celebrating Christmas in our home! We love each other’s company so much her husband is looking for land in Virginia to expand our homes and live on it ❤I love being with them and surprisingly enough they love being with papa and me 🤸🏼ladies keep close to your families, no matter what anyone says!!
We had formal "Christmas dinner" around 3pm. Time enough for everything to cook (smelled SOOO good), clean up, and then have informal round 2 later. 😂 I was VERY much into traditions and wanted everything to be exactly the same. "Santa" used bring a big 2lb box of Russell Stover candy for the family. My brother and I had to wait til my father cut on the Xmas lights on the tree and only then could we go in the living room. It was truly magical!!--the glow of warm colored lights, bulging stockings, Santa's unwrapped gifts spread out and then all the wrapped gifts under the tree...a fire in the fireplace. Wish I could have that again. Now, aside from the "spirit" of Christmas, it's just another day. Family all gone. Too hard to decorate and undecorated. Hopefully I can spend the day in the woods! ❤
I grew up on a dairy farm and we had our own beef. Sunday dinner was mom's roast, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, cornbread and slaw or a salad. And dessert. Or grandma's fried chicken and same veggies. So so good!! I'd love to have a plate of that again and their company. Appreciate your parents and grandparents while you have them! Best of times! We used to live next door to my parents when I was a single parent and we ate at their house a lot. We were a very tight knit family who loved to spend time together. Y'all have a Merry Christmas!

I admire families that want to be together. That’s not what I experienced as a child. I would have loved to be a part of your family. However, that wasn’t God’s plan for me. Instead, he blessed me with my own little family that loves to be together. It certainly makes me appreciate my children wanting all of us to be together. It’s harder now that they don’t live here anymore but it’s the quality and not the quantity. We have to be intentional with our time together. 😊
I think it's wonderful how your family is. There are a lot of ppl out here that don't have such a close knit family but wish they did. Never listen to the negative cause it's coming from some wound in them & that's nothing you can fix. Personally I root for each of you❤.

This will be my first Christmas without my sister. This will be her first Christmas in heaven. I can only imagine the splendour of that celebration! Eating supper with you all is a treat. You are so beautiful and sweet and precious. When I was expecting my second kiddo all I wanted to eat was Cambells tomato soup. He is a redhead so I attributed my craving for soup to that. The first time my now husband ever took me to his church was for the Christmas Eve candlelight service, that was the first time meeting his extended family, aunts, uncles, and cousins, that combined with the joy and excitement of Christmas Eve and being young and newly in love, makes for a very special Christmas memory indeed! When my mom hosted Christmas for many years, we had Christmas lunch. Now that Mom is gone and some family members live elsewhere, I have Christmas dinner for the ones that live nearby.

I lived at home until I was 29 and my sister was 23. We always had a special Christmas Eve supper with our immediate family with candlelight and Christmas music playing. Then we had Christmas lunch at my grandparents, and as we grew older at my parents, and then my youngest sister. Happy memories! 🎄❤💚

Katie, there is absolutely nothing wrong with living at home with your parents. Our 25 y/o dtr chooses to live with us, and her dad and I could not be happier. We are older parents and she has been so helpful around the house and in the garden. She is using this time to save her money while learning how to do all the thngs adults have to know. We hope she never wants to leave and I bet your mom and dad feel the same way.

I think it's actually very nice that you all love (and enjoy being around) each other like you do. We bake a whole ham Christmas eve and have it again Christmas day for lunch. Once in awhile, we changed it up to Surf 'n Turf on the grill. And one year, on our travels (in Arizona) we enjoyed pizza (and eggnog shakes!) while sitting around a campfire (in jeans and tees) on a full moonlit night. Talk about romantic! lol Merry (almost) Christmas everyone!

I keep my Christmas Tree lights on for Christmas Eve too!!! This will be my first solo Christmas. My hubby did pass away about 2 weeks ago. Katie I always left all Christmas house, tree lights on all night on Christmas Eve, when I was a small child my parents wouldn’t decorate the house or put a tree up until after I was in bed on Christmas Eve, what a magical world it was when I woke up Christmas morning to see the tree and lights and decorations and presents, so magical for me, then we would usually go to a family members house for a Feast of food for Christmas supper, Thanks for this great video and Merry Christmas to both of you prego ladies and your momma and daddy and Granny too 🎄✝️

Katie, I also lived at home until I was 34 (when I got married). I loved my parents so much, I paid rent, and couldn't see any reason to leave unless it was to buy a home for myself. I could never see the sense in renting something I'd never own. After my Father died (I was 27), I was a help to my Mother, and we kept each other company. I was also privileged to go back and live with Mom for the last 2 years of her life. I was a widow at that time, and my children were grown, and still living at my home, so I didn't need to do anything there, or worry about the house in any way. My son has moved out now, and my daughter still lives with me, and we're both very happy with our living arrangement. I think it's wonderful that your family is so close. I'm very happy for you and Corie, your parents and Granny. I can't wait to see your little boys grow up close together. God Bless you all, and Merry Christmas!!

When linlaws come in the family tradition begins to change. I'm 80 years old and this year is probably the last year of that tradition. I'm going to have a stress free holidays and have no expectations. I don't like change but I have a year to get it together. Merry Christmas y'all
We do Christmas on Christmas Eve and when my parents were living, we had Christmas lunch when them and Christmas breakfast with my MIL on Christmas Day. Merry Christmas to you all!
I don’t remember seeing Austin’s stocking. Why would someone comment on it? My family always did Christmas Day lunch and my in-laws always did Christmas Eve dinner. Now we’re the older ones and we’ve been hosting Christmas Eve dinner for many years. On Christmas morning we go see our grandchildren for a little while before they have to be elsewhere. Then maybe I’ll visit my sisters. The rest of the afternoon is spent at home enjoying some treats and the peace and quiet. You ladies are looking beautiful and healthy. I absolutely think this year has flown by. Seems like just a couple weeks ago was Christmas and here we are getting ready to do it again. And the really crazy think is they just keep getting shorter as you get older.

Fifty-five years ago, when I was a kid, we had Christmas breakfast with my mom’s parents and siblings and all my cousins on that side of my family. Then we’d drive 1.5 hours to my Great Grandparent’s house for lunch with Christmas lunch with extended family, then we’d drive 1/2 hour to my dad’s parents house for Christmas supper with my dad’s family and our cousins on that side of our family. I was so blessed with being with so much family! Wonderful memories!

Rocking comes naturally to mommas and also those who were rocked as a child. I still remember those that rocked me. The smells, their neck as I nuzzled into it, the sound and vibration on my cheek of their voices when they sang. More importantly, i remember rocking my children sometimes twice a day. The way they felt, their smell, their chubby little hands around my neck. Heart to heart, i sang and prayed for them. It was a gift to me on both sides of the rocking chair. You little momma’s are just great!!!!!

Not a thing wrong with being home with your parents at any age as long as it's not to take advantage of them or avoid living an adult life. You're doing neither and you all seem very happy together. I was divorced when my sons were 13 and 17. I started having Christmas dinner and presents on Christmas Eve so that they could go to their father's huge family celebration on Christmas Day. I would work on Christmas Day so that someone else could be off to be with their family. Now my sons have in-laws and decide themselves to go to their father' for their in-laws on Christmas Day. I was teaching a community college class when the subject came up of how attitudes toward body types have changed. One woman said we used to call well-fed people "good eaters." Y'all are not a bit overweight, but I think you're good eaters. And who wouldn't be in the Pressley family! You know how to relish your food.
Your supper looks delicious! Just wanted to thank y'all for praying for my mama who struggled with cancer for almost 10 years. We laid her to rest Wednesday. She passed very peacefully. She was almost 84 years old, and a pianist who played piano (by ear) for church since she was 8 years old. Miss her so much already, but she is now pain free, and with Jesus.
My condolences to you and your family. She will be a special shining star watching over you this Christmas 🎇❤

Put my Christmas tree on a Wyze WiFi plugin and it turns it on the time I am home and off at 11:30pm so I don’t worry about it at all. I can also tell Alexa to turn it on or off. Think it’s great the two of you are going through pregnancy together, super twin support. I used to do Christmas Lunch growing up but I now like to do a late lunch/supper and just keep snacking till bed time. I think living with your parents in your relationship with them makes it mutually beneficial from all appearance.
As a kid we would have brunch on the 24th at our house, that evening at my mom's folk's and Christmas afternoon at dad's folk's. Merry Christmas 💞💖💞 Bless you

Awe- Katie, I love you’ve adopted the new tradition of Christmas tree lights being left on, on Christmas night. I’ve done the same since we adopted our baby daughters. For me, it was the fact I was up late on Christmas Eve and enjoying the peace and solitude of the real meaning of the season. Merry Christmas!
When my older boys was little we decorated our tree together but didn’t light our star on the top of our tree until Christmas Eve! I miss them being little!
We have always had Christmas Eve dinner but this year circumstances have changed and we are going to have our first ever Christmas evening supper. I’m excited that my daughter, who is almost 26, will come and cook with me that day. Bless y’all and bless those baby boys ❤❤

We go to my Dad’s on Christmas Day we eat in the evening around 5pm ,after the meal my Dad reads the Christmas story. We then sing Happy Birthday to my Dad! He is going to be 82! While growing up on Christmas Eve we always went to my Dad’s Mom house. But now we have our children and grandchildren over for our Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve!

If you girls feel this year has flown by, just wait till you’re past 80!! It seems I blinked and my whole 83 years have rocketed by!! Time definitely does not drag for me!
Good supper! Love that you're eating off the Christmas dishes from Miss Cindy.... Sweet girls it was almost 10 years before we could have a baby. But, babies come in God's time. So when I found out I was pregnant I went right out and got some maternity clothes even though I only weighed 105 lbs. I ate so much because I thought I was Hungry. I loved being pregnant and delivery. Of course there's pain but it was a wonderful experience. I don't know why I got on all that?! ...Anyways, I always loved being at my parents. Its ya'lls life, and if you want to spend it with family, theres nothing wrong with that, at all. I love it. Thats one thing wrong in the world, and in families. That's the way things change when your families grow. We always ate Christmas at my moms. When all of us girls (7) got grown with families of our own with in-laws we started having Christmas the Sunday before at mamma's, We always do lunch. That way on Christmas we could stay home with our children or go to my in-laws. My mom and a lot of my sisters have passed along with my youngest son. It's just not the same. I thank God that I have my oldest son and his two daughters. MERRY CHRISTMAS girls!
