Also maybe when they were taking something to car it was evidence leaving the house - gloves - cleaning supplies - materials . Or could it possibly be that they wanted LE to think he left w a flashlight to meet someone in car to run away or was lured ? But to their surprise LE is saying trash truck so even better for them ?
