I loved watching this one, as I do all the other videos you guys post! What a treat to see life on the inside, you as a family, I love it. You seesters are seriously my inspiration to get my curly hair back and healthier than ever before! I have bought a few of your recommendations so far including the denman brush and bonnet and am learning to use them. And it is so encouraging to watch Amanda's hair transformation and remember that I can get through this in between stage to come out with beautiful curls in the end. I think my natural curls are alot like hers, and some underneath my hair alot like Mel's. It is definitely a mixture right now and alot of curls that turn to waves. So glad I found you and Amanda learning my wavy frizzy hair was actually improperly cared for curls😲I am now 14 mos. into my journey and though struggled through early transition and how to use the Prep Style Finish method I have never been so grateful for my curls as now. Next month I will have open heart surgery with at least 5 day stay and then a long recovery. I know my pineapple at night and sleep cap will preserve my curls so I wo t walk out on discharge looking like a total mess. I am grateful to you 💞

I’m 34 and only NOW realizing that I have wavy hair! A life of frizz, “coarse hair”, dry hair, straightening never lasting more than a few hours. Ugh! Just wanted to let you know your videos help out so incredibly much! Im 15, and the only one with curly hair in my family. All my relatives and even my mom have perms, so I'm the first to choose to stay curly. In middle school (when my hair became curly) I was in a mostly caucasian school where no one else had hair that looked like me. Thank you for teaching me to love my natural hair! Love from California

This is literally my hair shape goal but i'm afraid because I think my hair wont sit good with bangs, i dont have a loooot of volume (i have 3b and little bit of 3a) and I want to see how to work with bangs or if its worth it. If anyone had that thoughts and did bangs let me know how did it go!!

very late and I have 3A curls so this might not be helpful?? but I have fine-medium hair and low-medium density and I gave myself bangs a few months ago, and yeah it's not as voluminous as the seesters' hair, but I'm still absolutely in love with this haircut.

Hey Mell I was wondering how do you keep your curls not frizzy for 5 days? How can I sleep with my hair overnight? I love your videos they are so helpful❤️❤️❤️.
This will probably get lost, but I'm a licensed Esthetician, and I just wanted Mel to know her skin appears to be over exfoliated which is why she's experiencing that super bumpy and red all over texture.
I didn't know over exfoliating was a thing. My face looks fairly close to her and I do exfoliate pretty often (I thought that was helpful/would make it go away faster). I'll try not doing it for a while.

I love this channel and have learned so much, even though my hair is wavy. I wish there were a channel for 2a/2b hair! I've seen a lot of videos about fine wavy hair, but not for coarse, thick, and dense wavy hair that takes FOREVER to dry like mine. Thank you for all the amazing content though I'm learning a bunch of things that I'm figuring out how to apply to my own hair needs!! :)

When she was joking that she was allergic to exercise, and you said that doesn’t exist, you were actually wrong. My mom is allergic to exercise in a way. If the workout gets to hard, she starts getting hives and then her whole body has a allergic reaction. Just thought I could educate someone!!❤️❤️ love your videos
