Very informative. Yes, sadly I did encounter with a couple of complaints. Nevertheless, they were successfully handled. I feel that I might of used all the steps that was mentioned on your video. Probably minus the the filler words, at time those words/sounds felt estrange, and they didn't roll out of the tongue 🙈. Thank you for providing with alternatives language to use, now I feel more prepared when a situation arises. it depends if the employee is empowerd and given the power to negotiate with complainers l...I am working at a call center of Disneyland and I always have to handle complaints on the phone with nothing to compensate the complainers except throwing sorry 1000times....This is a mental torture
