    This is very helpful, yesterday at the restaurant where I work a customer was complaining 😅 had i seen this video before I would have known how to respond effectively, but now I know it

    Very informative. Yes, sadly I did encounter with a couple of complaints. Nevertheless, they were successfully handled. I feel that I might of used all the steps that was mentioned on your video. Probably minus the the filler words, at time those words/sounds felt estrange, and they didn't roll out of the tongue 🙈. Thank you for providing with alternatives language to use, now I feel more prepared when a situation arises.
    I truly appreciate all the effort that you put in all your video lessons, so that we can keep learning English the right way.

    it depends if the employee is empowerd and given the power to negotiate with complainers l...I am working at a call center of Disneyland and I always have to handle complaints on the phone with nothing to compensate the complainers except throwing sorry 1000times....This is a mental torture
